style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 22 de octubre de 2024.- <\/strong>La diputada Diana Bernab\u00e9 Vega propuso <a href=\"https:\/\/congresogro.com\/assets\/kogEVdrvVwWNRjRnyHPsny9yjm274QLFik0uebej.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener sponsored\">adicionar el art\u00edculo 135 del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Guerrero<\/a> para tipificar el transfeminicidio como un delito aut\u00f3nomo que se comete por razones de g\u00e9nero, cuyas penalidades ir\u00e1n de 40 y hasta 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al exponer los motivos de su iniciativa, la legisladora de Morena refiri\u00f3 que las mujeres trans viven en un constante estado de vulnerabilidad y el odio hacia su identidad de g\u00e9nero las convierte en blanco de actos atroces que no s\u00f3lo arrebatan sus vidas, sino que tambi\u00e9n buscan erradicar su derecho a existir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abund\u00f3 que, pese a esta cruda realidad, la actual legislaci\u00f3n no reconoce el feminicidio de manera espec\u00edfica en las mujeres trans, dejando un vac\u00edo legal que perpet\u00faa la impunidad en los cr\u00edmenes contra esta poblaci\u00f3n, colocando a M\u00e9xico como el segundo pa\u00eds a nivel mundial con m\u00e1s transfeminicidios.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico es el segundo pa\u00eds a nivel mundial con m\u00e1s transfeminicidios, con m\u00e1s de 700 desde 2008 a la fecha, 57 de los cuales ocurrieron en Guerrero.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta estad\u00edstica refleja una realidad inaceptable, pues las mujeres trans son asesinadas con frecuencia y sus muertes son clasificadas como homicidios simples, ignorando las razones de g\u00e9nero detr\u00e1s de los hechos\u201d, lament\u00f3.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por estas razones, la diputada considera necesario que los asesinatos de mujeres trans reciban un tratamiento adecuado por parte de la justicia, para lo cual es indispensable tipifica el transfeminicidio como un delito aut\u00f3nomo en el C\u00f3digo Penal estatal.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTipificar el transfeminicidio no s\u00f3lo ser\u00eda un acto de justicia, sino una muestra de que nuestra sociedad avanza hacia la equidad, la inclusi\u00f3n y el respeto a los derechos humanos de todas las personas, sin importar su identidad de g\u00e9nero\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado de Guerrero<\/a> para transferir al Congreso del Estado la atribuci\u00f3n de tomar la protesta a los ayuntamientos entrantes, eliminando esta
