Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 reformas y adiciones a diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Guerrero en materia de \u201clenguaje inclusivo\u201d, incorporando, entre otras, las palabras gobernadora, legisladora, diputada, presidenta municipal, regidora y s\u00edndica, en apego al principio humano de igualdad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos detalla que en el proceso de an\u00e1lisis se verificaron los aspectos de legalidad y homogeneidad en criterios normativos aplicables, as\u00ed como la simplificaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n de la norma y dem\u00e1s particularidades que derivaron de la revisi\u00f3n de las iniciativas promovidas por separado por las diputadas Ang\u00e9lica Espinoza Garc\u00eda y otra de la diputada Jessica Ivette Alejo Rayo.<\/p>\n<p>El documento explica, adem\u00e1s, que la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos habla de la igualdad de las mujeres y los hombres, y al ser un principio constitucional, debe ser respetado en todos los \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la reforma planteada por las legisladoras promoventes pretende plasmar en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local el \u201clenguaje inclusivo\u201d, debido a que actualmente maneja palabras de g\u00e9nero masculino, esto a pesar de la lucha hist\u00f3rica que han tenido las mujeres para que sean tomadas en cuenta en espacios de poder y toma decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, se dictamina procedente plasmar en la Carta Magna local los t\u00e9rminos gobernadora, legisladora, diputada, presidenta municipal, regidora y s\u00edndica, a fin seguir contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del derecho humano fundamental a la igualdad de g\u00e9nero, en el eje rector de los principios de dignidad humana, no discriminaci\u00f3n y perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en las adiciones a la misma se aprueba aplicar el pronombre femenino en cada cargo de representaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica que se encuentre contemplado en la Carta Magna, para asegurar el derecho humano a la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y a la inclusi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de todas las ciudadanas y ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p>Al razonar su voto, la diputada Ang\u00e9lica Espinoza Garc\u00eda, promovente de la iniciativa, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de establecer los derechos humanos del orden jur\u00eddico, pol\u00edtico y social individuales y colectivos, as\u00ed como la igualdad, justicia social, respeto a la diversidad y la vida en todas sus manifestaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En ese tenor, la legisladora se congratul\u00f3 por la realizaci\u00f3n de las reformas correspondientes porque coadyuvan a garantizar la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en los
