{"id":867,"date":"2021-10-31T15:54:42","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T15:54:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=867"},"modified":"2021-11-03T15:57:21","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T15:57:21","slug":"plantean-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-seguridad-social-de-los-trabajadores-de-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2021\/10\/31\/plantean-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-seguridad-social-de-los-trabajadores-de-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN MODIFICACIONES A LA LEY DE  SEGURIDAD SOCIAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 31 de octubre de 2021.- <\/strong>El diputado Osbaldo R\u00edos Manrique present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Seguridad Social de los Servidores P\u00fablicos del Estado de Guerrero, para cambiar la denominaci\u00f3n de la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado por Secretar\u00eda de Contralor\u00eda y Transparencia Gubernamental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su propuesta que fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Trabajo para el respectivo an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n, el integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena extern\u00f3 que es necesario realizar adecuaciones a la ley en menci\u00f3n para armonizarla con la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Guerrero, al ser uno de los instrumentos legales indispensables que contribuyen al eficaz desempe\u00f1o de las actividades del Gobierno del Estado, delimitando las funciones, atribuciones y competencias de las \u00e1reas y dependencias que integran la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, considera necesario que en la Ley de Seguridad Social de los Servidores P\u00fablicos del Estado de Guerrero queden plasmados en sus art\u00edculos 32, 45, 46, 153, 173 y 182 el t\u00e9rmino de Secretar\u00eda de Contralor\u00eda y Transparencia Gubernamental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma, el ordenamiento quedar\u00eda homologado con la ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Gobierno del estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 31 de octubre de 2021.- El diputado Osbaldo R\u00edos Manrique present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Seguridad Social de los Servidores P\u00fablicos del Estado de Guerrero, para cambiar la denominaci\u00f3n de la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado por Secretar\u00eda de Contralor\u00eda y Transparencia Gubernamental.
