2023.-<\/strong> El diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial del Estado para establecer como una falta que los magistrados presidentes de las salas y sus integrantes, jueces de primera instancia y jueces de paz, juzguen sin aplicar el Protocolo con Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero emitido por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador mencion\u00f3 que la obligaci\u00f3n de magistrados y jueces puede resumirse en su deber de impartir justicia sobre la base del reconocimiento de la desventaja en que hist\u00f3ricamente han estado las mujeres, como consecuencia de la construcci\u00f3n que socioculturalmente se ha desarrollado en torno a la posici\u00f3n y al rol que debieran asumir, como resultado inevitable de su sexo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resalt\u00f3 que la importancia de este reconocimiento estriba en que de \u00e9l surgi\u00f3 la posibilidad de que quienes tengan encomendada la funci\u00f3n de impartir justicia puedan identificar las discriminaciones que de derecho o de hecho pueden sufrir hombres y mujeres, ya sea directa o indirectamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, Carlos Cruz destac\u00f3 que el objetivo de la iniciativa es establecer como una causa de falta de las y los impartidores de justicia el dejar de cumplir con el Protocolo para Juzgar con Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero emitido por la SCJN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de
