{"id":8516,"date":"2023-11-13T09:38:48","date_gmt":"2023-11-13T15:38:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=8516"},"modified":"2023-11-14T09:40:06","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T15:40:06","slug":"analizan-en-el-congreso-la-nueva-ley-de-personas-jovenes-de-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2023\/11\/13\/analizan-en-el-congreso-la-nueva-ley-de-personas-jovenes-de-guerrero\/","title":{"rendered":"ANALIZAN EN EL CONGRESO LA NUEVA LEY DE PERSONAS J\u00d3VENES DE GUERRERO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 13 de noviembre de 2023.-<\/strong> La diputada Ang\u00e9lica Espinoza Garc\u00eda, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Juventud y el Deporte, present\u00f3 una iniciativa de Ley de Personas J\u00f3venes del Estado de Guerrero, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar el reconocimiento, promoci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n, respeto y defensa de los derechos humanos de este sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tambi\u00e9n presidenta de este \u00f3rgano legislativo explic\u00f3 que esta ley plantea coordinar las pol\u00edticas, medidas y acciones de gobierno que contribuyan al desarrollo integral de la juventud guerrerense.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que para tal efecto es necesario armonizar el marco normativo local con el federal, debido a que la Ley 913 de la Juventud Guerrerense fue publicada en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado en 2012, lo que significa que han transcurrido 11 a\u00f1os desde su entrada en vigor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, mencion\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Juventud y el Deporte llev\u00f3 a cabo los Encuentros Regionales de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de la Juventud Guerrerense, a fin de que todos los grupos de representaci\u00f3n juvenil realizaran propuestas en torno al dise\u00f1o de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Espinoza Garc\u00eda precis\u00f3 que se pretende tambi\u00e9n garantizar la inclusi\u00f3n social expl\u00edcita de la juventud ind\u00edgena y afromexicana, respetando sus derechos humanos, civiles y pol\u00edticos, libre determinaci\u00f3n, composici\u00f3n pluricultural, autonom\u00eda y desarrollo, acceso a la educaci\u00f3n, salud, fomento al trabajo, incentivos a las y los emprendedores, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, aborda la urgencia de brindar atenci\u00f3n a las y los j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de calle; el derecho a la identidad y personalidad; intimidad e imagen propia; respeto al fortalecimiento de la identidad colectiva de las personas j\u00f3venes; derecho al medio ambiente sano y una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la misma forma, la iniciativa actualiza las obligaciones del Estado respecto a los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las personas j\u00f3venes, y establece las facultades interinstitucionales de los poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial en la elaboraci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico para la Promoci\u00f3n, Desarrollo, Participaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de la Juventud y el Deporte del Congreso para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 13 de noviembre de 2023.- La diputada Ang\u00e9lica Espinoza Garc\u00eda, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Juventud y el Deporte, present\u00f3 una iniciativa de Ley de Personas J\u00f3venes del Estado de Guerrero, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar el reconocimiento, promoci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n, respeto y defensa de los derechos humanos de este sector.
