{"id":7801,"date":"2023-08-24T09:28:31","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T15:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=7801"},"modified":"2023-08-25T09:30:52","modified_gmt":"2023-08-25T15:30:52","slug":"exitosa-participacion-de-asociaciones-e-instituciones-en-las-mesas-a-peticion-de-parte-de-la-consulta-a-personas-con-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2023\/08\/24\/exitosa-participacion-de-asociaciones-e-instituciones-en-las-mesas-a-peticion-de-parte-de-la-consulta-a-personas-con-discapacidad\/","title":{"rendered":"EXITOSA PARTICIPACI\u00d3N DE ASOCIACIONES E INSTITUCIONES EN LAS MESAS A PETICI\u00d3N DE PARTE DE LA CONSULTA A PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 24 de agosto de 2023.- <\/strong>El Congreso del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas con Discapacidad, avanza favorablemente en el proceso de Consulta a Personas con Discapacidad en materia de Educaci\u00f3n Inclusiva, haciendo uso efectivo de la modalidad de \u201cMesa a Petici\u00f3n de Parte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el mes de agosto, se han concretado cuatro de estas mesas en colaboraci\u00f3n con las organizaciones Ay\u00fadame a Escuchar, Asociaci\u00f3n de Sordos de Acapulco, el Centro Psicopedag\u00f3gico Integral \u201cHuellas de Amor\u201d y Padres Unidos por el Autismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta modalidad de participaci\u00f3n, las instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, las universidades y las organizaciones sociales tienen la posibilidad de solicitar a la Comisi\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n a las Personas con Discapacidad la realizaci\u00f3n de una \u201cMesa a Petici\u00f3n de Parte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estos encuentros, el equipo t\u00e9cnico de la consulta recoge las propuestas, reflexiones y observaciones presentadas por estas entidades, en busca de enriquecer la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n en la entidad y garantizar el aprendizaje de las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diputada Citlali Calixto, presidenta de dicho \u00f3rgano legislativo, destac\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de estas herramientas se busca sensibilizar a todas las personas involucradas en el proceso de consulta, garantizando que ninguna voz quede sin ser escuchada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa respuesta ha sido sumamente positiva en la modalidad \u2018A Petici\u00f3n de Parte\u2019; ha tenido un impacto notable, ya que hasta el momento hemos llevado a cabo cuatro mesas, lo que demuestra que las propias organizaciones est\u00e1n solicitando activamente su participaci\u00f3n en la consulta\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estas mesas de trabajo tambi\u00e9n se ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n de diputadas y diputados, como la diputada Leticia Castro Ortiz, quien escuch\u00f3 y simpatiz\u00f3 con las historias y planteamientos de las y los integrantes del Centro Psicopedag\u00f3gico Integral \u201cHuellas de Amor\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es de destacar que el proceso de Consulta a Personas con Discapacidad integra cinco modalidades de participaci\u00f3n: Mesas de Trabajo Presenciales, Mesas de Trabajo Virtuales, Buzones F\u00edsicos, Buz\u00f3n Digital y Mesas a Petici\u00f3n de Parte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Poder Legislativo mantiene la invitaci\u00f3n a todas las personas y organizaciones para que participen en este hist\u00f3rico proceso consultivo que habr\u00e1 de transformar la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 24 de agosto de 2023.- El Congreso del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas con Discapacidad, avanza favorablemente en el proceso de Consulta a Personas con Discapacidad en materia de Educaci\u00f3n Inclusiva, haciendo uso efectivo de la modalidad de \u201cMesa a Petici\u00f3n de Parte\u201d.
