justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 15 de junio de 2023.- <\/strong>El Congreso del Estado exhort\u00f3 a los titulares de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano federal y de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano, Obras P\u00fablicas y Ordenamiento Territorial del estado, para que el Programa de Mejoramiento Urbano implementado en Iguala cumpla con los requerimientos de calidad de obra p\u00fablica, que impacte en el bienestar y seguridad de su poblaci\u00f3n y visitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior a propuesta de los diputados Andr\u00e9s Guevara C\u00e1rdenas y Antonio Helguera Jim\u00e9nez, de Morena, quienes se\u00f1alaron que las reglas de operaci\u00f3n del programa mencionado buscan mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad urbana de los barrios, considerando apoyos en tipos de proyectos espec\u00edficos para la implementaci\u00f3n de Intervenciones Integrales, como equipamiento, espacio p\u00fablico, participaci\u00f3n comunitaria, movilidad y conectividad, infraestructura y dise\u00f1o urbano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refirieron, asimismo, que las responsabilidades de las secretar\u00edas federal y estatal son apoyar con subsidio la ejecuci\u00f3n de programas de mejoramiento urbano; revisar, evaluar y aprobar el programa y promover, integrar y dar seguimiento a las actividades en materia de contralor\u00eda social, ajust\u00e1ndose al esquema de operaci\u00f3n, la gu\u00eda operativa y el programa anual de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la misma forma, deber\u00e1n coadyuvar y apoyar al Ayuntamiento de Iguala en las acciones necesarias para salvaguardar y vigilar la correcta ejecuci\u00f3n del Programa de Mejoramiento Urbano en la Vertiente de Mejoramiento Integral de Barrios, respecto a la renovaci\u00f3n integral del Centro Hist\u00f3rico, as\u00ed como contribuir a la generaci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n del orden p\u00fablico y la paz social en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, mencionaron que se han recibido y visto en redes sociales un sin n\u00famero de quejas y comentarios de habitantes de este municipio, as\u00ed como de visitantes frecuentes, en el sentido de que la obra que est\u00e1 en proceso de construcci\u00f3n no cumple con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad y est\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agregaron que los ciudadanos han pedido la intervenci\u00f3n del Poder Legislativo para entablar contacto con los responsables de la construcci\u00f3n, y observar que esta se apegue a los patrones de calidad y seguridad que toda obra debe cumplir, sobre todo para una de las ciudades m\u00e1s grandes de Guerrero, amplio flujo de visitantes y movimiento
