Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda rendir\u00e1 protesta constitucional al cargo de gobernadora del estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Acuerdo propuesto por la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y le\u00eddo por su presidente, diputado Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, refiere que el pasado 15 de septiembre el Congreso del Estado expidi\u00f3 el Bando Solemne para dar a conocer la Declaratoria de Gobernadora Electa que realiz\u00f3 el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Estado en favor de Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posterior ello, y de conformidad con lo que establece la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Guerrero, la gobernadora, previo a la toma de posesi\u00f3n de su encargo, deber\u00e1 rendir protesta ante el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, se se\u00f1ala que rendir la Protesta de Ley no es un simple acto protocolario, sino que atiende a su funci\u00f3n primordial de representaci\u00f3n, y al no poder hacerlo ante la ciudadan\u00eda que la eligi\u00f3, lo hace ante el \u00f3rgano que la representa, en este caso el Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El magno acto contar\u00e1 con la presencia del Poder Judicial, gobernadores de otros estados y representares de la Federaci\u00f3n, frente a los cuales la nueva mandataria se comprometer\u00e1 a servir y respetar el marco constitucional y legal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n solemne se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de octubre a las 11:30 de la ma\u00f1ana y, de acuerdo con el Orden del D\u00eda, se designar\u00e1 una comisi\u00f3n especial de diputadas y diputados que introducir\u00e1n al recinto oficial al presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos o su representante personal; a la gobernadora electa, al presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y al gobernador saliente H\u00e9ctor Astudillo Flores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente se rendir\u00e1n honores a la Bandera y entonaci\u00f3n del Himno Nacional; lectura y entrega del Bando Solemne por parte de la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, y protesta de la mandataria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya investida como gobernadora, la C.
