diciembre de 2022<\/strong>.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda del Congreso del Estado analiza un exhorto a la titular del Poder Ejecutivo, Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda, para que se reconozca p\u00fablica y pol\u00edticamente a la Universidad Intercultural de los Pueblos del Sur como un organismo p\u00fablico de educaci\u00f3n superior en el estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta fue presentada por el diputado Masedonio Mendoza Basurto, quien en su exposici\u00f3n de motivos refiri\u00f3 que el sistema educativo en M\u00e9xico se va adaptando a los requerimientos del mercado y a las necesidades de las grandes corporaciones privadas, mejorando los m\u00e9todos sobre el conocimiento universal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que, incluso, se han creado universidades para las que el dominio de procesos industriales, tecnol\u00f3gicos y administrativos es lo m\u00e1s importante, tal es el caso de los institutos tecnol\u00f3gicos y algunas universidades polit\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abund\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica reconoce y garantiza el derecho de los pueblos y las comunidades ind\u00edgenas a la libre determinaci\u00f3n y la autonom\u00eda para preservar y enriquecer sus lenguas, conocimientos y todos los elementos que constituyen su cultura e identidad, situaci\u00f3n que requiere de la existencia de una propuesta educativa cultural no tan solo como derecho, sino ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 pol\u00edticamente, para que sea un patrimonio com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, record\u00f3 que la visi\u00f3n educativa cultural ya se contempl\u00f3 en Guerrero desde hace m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, pero se requiere una metodolog\u00eda que supere no tan solo el \u00e1mbito escolar, sino que a su vez permita preservar y optimizar las t\u00e9cnicas culturalmente adecuadas para la comunicaci\u00f3n y la transmisi\u00f3n del saber de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tambi\u00e9n presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda resalt\u00f3 que las universidades interculturales buscan eliminar las diferencias, al suponer una relaci\u00f3n que incluya comprensi\u00f3n y respeto entre las culturas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concluy\u00f3 que la importancia de plantear el exhorto a la gobernadora del estado para que se reconozca a la Universidad Intercultural de los Pueblos del Sur, es debido a que el \u00e1mbito escolar educativo demanda estrategias para afrontar el reto de una sociedad m\u00e1s diversa desde el punto de vista \u00e9tnico y
