{"id":5479,"date":"2022-11-09T19:45:43","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T01:45:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=5479"},"modified":"2022-11-09T19:45:43","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T01:45:43","slug":"proponen-reforma-a-la-ley-de-desarrollo-rural-para-la-aplicacion-de-practicas-agroecologicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2022\/11\/09\/proponen-reforma-a-la-ley-de-desarrollo-rural-para-la-aplicacion-de-practicas-agroecologicas\/","title":{"rendered":"PROPONEN REFORMA A LA LEY DE DESARROLLO RURAL  PARA LA APLICACI\u00d3N DE PR\u00c1CTICAS AGROECOL\u00d3GICAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 09 noviembre de 2022<\/strong>.- El diputado Fortunato Hern\u00e1ndez Carbajal present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable del Estado de Guerrero para que se apliquen pr\u00e1cticas ecol\u00f3gicas en el uso de tierras destinadas a la agricultura, que reduzcan los procesos erosivos del suelo y frenen el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador cit\u00f3 la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura, que define la agroecolog\u00eda como una disciplina cient\u00edfica que estudia c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan los diferentes componentes del ecosistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que pr\u00e1cticas como la rotaci\u00f3n, intercalamiento o asociaci\u00f3n de cultivos son sistemas agr\u00edcolas sostenibles que optimizan y estabilizan la producci\u00f3n, y bajo este orden, M\u00e9xico debe adoptar medidas que le permitan alcanzar seguridad y soberan\u00eda alimentaria, sin desproteger el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortunato Hern\u00e1ndez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se tiene la oportunidad de producir los alimentos no solo minimizando la generaci\u00f3n de nuevas emisiones sino tambi\u00e9n reduciendo las emisiones existentes, para lo cual el 7 de septiembre de 2021 el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n propuso reformas similares a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable, mismo tenor en que se proponen estas reformas y adiciones, con el objeto de armonizar la legislaci\u00f3n local con la nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta propuesta de reforma al art\u00edculo 44 de la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable del Estado de Guerrero fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Pesquero, para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 09 noviembre de 2022.- El diputado Fortunato Hern\u00e1ndez Carbajal present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable del Estado de Guerrero para que se apliquen pr\u00e1cticas ecol\u00f3gicas en el uso de tierras destinadas a la agricultura, que reduzcan los procesos erosivos del suelo y frenen el cambio clim\u00e1tico.
