de octubre 2022<\/strong>.- El diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental del Estado de Guerrero para integrar en dicho ordenamiento las Zonas Estatales de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico Sustentable, mismas que deber\u00e1n procurar la compatibilidad entre el desarrollo tur\u00edstico y urbano, as\u00ed como la conservaci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales, el equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico y el beneficio social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador de Morena menciona que el art\u00edculo 3 fracci\u00f3n XXI de la Ley General de Turismo establece las Zonas de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico Sustentable (ZDTS), como aquellas fracciones del territorio nacional, claramente ubicadas y delimitadas geogr\u00e1ficamente, que por sus caracter\u00edsticas naturales o culturales constituyen un atractivo tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1ade que estas zonas tienen como objetivo fomentar la acci\u00f3n coordinada de diferentes instancias que, en el \u00e1mbito de sus respectivas competencias, podr\u00e1n intervenir para impulsar la actividad tur\u00edstica, fomentando la inversi\u00f3n, el empleo y el ordenamiento territorial, y conservando sus recursos naturales en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que actualmente en este tipo de zonas de desarrollo sustentable se implementan medidas de adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico, basadas en el cuidado de los ecosistemas, la preservaci\u00f3n de los atractivos e infraestructura, tal es el caso de la Riviera Nayarit-Jalisco, Riviera Maya y San Miguel de Allende.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cruz L\u00f3pez subray\u00f3 que primeramente se debe adecuar la Ley del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental para el Estado de Guerrero, y subsecuentemente se har\u00e1 a la Ley de Turismo del Estado de Guerrero, a efecto de constituir un sistema de gesti\u00f3n que custodie la conservaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de revisiones, de investigaciones y normativas, buscando el consenso de los actores que intervienen en la actividad tur\u00edstica, tanto p\u00fablicos como privados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de
