{"id":4963,"date":"2022-10-04T20:16:24","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T01:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=4963"},"modified":"2022-10-04T20:16:24","modified_gmt":"2022-10-05T01:16:24","slug":"exhorta-el-congreso-a-los-municipios-de-guerrero-para-atender-la-quema-clandestina-de-basura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2022\/10\/04\/exhorta-el-congreso-a-los-municipios-de-guerrero-para-atender-la-quema-clandestina-de-basura\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTA EL CONGRESO A LOS MUNICIPIOS DE GUERRERO  PARA ATENDER LA QUEMA CLANDESTINA DE BASURA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 04 de octubre de 2022.- <\/strong>El Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 exhortar a los titulares de los 81 municipios de la entidad para implementar campa\u00f1as de informaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n sobre los efectos nocivos que causa al ambiente y a la salud el arrojar e incinerar basura en las calles y tiraderos clandestinos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El exhorto fue propuesto por el diputado Ricardo Astudillo Calvo (PRI), quien tambi\u00e9n solicita a los funcionarios municipales que remitan un informe detallado a esta soberan\u00eda sobre la generaci\u00f3n, recolecci\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n final de los residuos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador expuso que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la recolecci\u00f3n, separaci\u00f3n y tratamiento de los desechos s\u00f3lidos o basura se ha vuelto un tema que exige atenci\u00f3n especial por parte de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los pa\u00edses, estados y municipios, en especial de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que, se\u00f1al\u00f3, recientemente algunos peri\u00f3dicos de circulaci\u00f3n estatal reportaron la incineraci\u00f3n de residuos en un basurero clandestino del poblado de Llano Largo, en la ciudad de Acapulco, situaci\u00f3n que oblig\u00f3 a los habitantes de la zona a abandonar sus viviendas, debido a la cantidad de humo t\u00f3xico producto del incendio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han incrementado las quejas y reportes de pobladores de la zona Diamante de Acapulco y del corredor Cayaco-Puerto Marqu\u00e9s por los constantes incendios en basureros y tiraderos clandestinos, ante lo cual se hace necesaria la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades no solo de Acapulco, sino de los 81 municipios, para concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o que causa esta pr\u00e1ctica al medio ambiente y a la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El exhorto es para que tambi\u00e9n emitan un informe sobre la generaci\u00f3n, recolecci\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n final de los residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos en sus calles, colonias y localidades, para contar con un diagn\u00f3stico detallado y la identificaci\u00f3n de municipios que carecen de equipo e insumos para el tratamiento adecuado de estos residuos s\u00f3lidos, y en su oportunidad gestionarlos a trav\u00e9s del Presupuesto Estatal de Egresos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bt-video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PRI | Dip.
