21 de julio de 2022<\/strong>.- El diputado Marco Tulio S\u00e1nchez Alarc\u00f3n present\u00f3 una iniciativa de adici\u00f3n a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable del Estado de Guerrero para integrar el fomento de las t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo tradicionales, como la utilizaci\u00f3n de pesticidas org\u00e1nicos y de origen natural, la conservaci\u00f3n de las semillas criollas y nativas, as\u00ed como facilitar el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n para los productores rurales en materia de tecnolog\u00edas sustentables y de beneficio para el medio ambiente y la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador de Morena argument\u00f3 que es importante modificar la manera de realizar la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola, por ser esencial para el desarrollo de Guerrero, y porque seg\u00fan datos del Programa de Concurrencias con las Entidades Federativas de SAGARPA, en el 75 por ciento de la superficie de esta entidad se desarrolla la agricultura y casi medio mill\u00f3n de guerrerenses se dedican a la actividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que seg\u00fan datos del CONEVAL, en su Informe de Pobreza y Evaluaci\u00f3n 2020, el 66.5 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n de la entidad vive en pobreza, lo que hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s necesario impulsar el desarrollo agrario sostenible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs de vital importancia reanudar los m\u00e9todos de cultivo tradicionales, ya que est\u00e1 demostrado que es la manera m\u00e1s eficiente de cultivar sin causar da\u00f1os ecol\u00f3gicos y a la salud\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e1nchez Alarc\u00f3n coment\u00f3 que los pesticidas y los agroqu\u00edmicos tienen un uso generalizado en la agricultura y muchos de estos son utilizados sin considerar los da\u00f1os que ocasionan al campo a mediano y largo plazo; es decir, la p\u00e9rdida de suelos productivos es multifactorial, y uno de esos factores es la sobreutilizaci\u00f3n de agroqu\u00edmicos, dejando las tierras inf\u00e9rtiles y afectando directamente la econom\u00eda de las familias guerrerenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante eso, indic\u00f3 que es un deber de las y los diputados incluir en la legislaci\u00f3n el fomento de las t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo tradicionales, que han demostrado ser m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gicas y eficientes para la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta propuesta de adici\u00f3n a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable del Estado fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Pesquero, para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n
