{"id":2433,"date":"2022-03-08T18:44:10","date_gmt":"2022-03-09T00:44:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=2433"},"modified":"2022-03-08T18:44:10","modified_gmt":"2022-03-09T00:44:10","slug":"proponen-inscribir-en-letras-doradas-el-acontecimiento-historico-plan-de-ayutla-en-el-muro-de-honor-del-congreso-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2022\/03\/08\/proponen-inscribir-en-letras-doradas-el-acontecimiento-historico-plan-de-ayutla-en-el-muro-de-honor-del-congreso-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"PROPONEN INSCRIBIR EN LETRAS DORADAS EL ACONTECIMIENTO HIST\u00d3RICO \u201cPLAN DE AYUTLA\u201d EN EL MURO DE HONOR DEL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 08 de marzo de 2022.-<\/strong> Por ser el sustento de la revoluci\u00f3n que dio fin a la dictadura de Antonio L\u00f3pez de San Anna y deriv\u00f3 en la promulgaci\u00f3n de una Constituci\u00f3n de avanzada como la de 1857, la diputada Ang\u00e9lica Espinoza Garc\u00eda propuso inscribir con letras doradas el acontecimiento hist\u00f3rico \u201cPlan de Ayutla de 1854\u201d en el Muro de Honor del Sal\u00f3n de Sesiones \u201cPrimer Congreso de An\u00e1huac\u201d del Congreso de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la iniciativa que analiza la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, la diputada se\u00f1ala que la historia de M\u00e9xico no se puede concebir sin la participaci\u00f3n de los guerrerenses, quienes siempre han estado a la vanguardia en todos los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que Guerrero alberga muchos municipios que han sido trascendentales en la historia nacional, como Chilpancingo, donde se firmaron \u201cLos Sentimientos de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, documento dictado por Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n que sirvi\u00f3 para sentar las bases de un M\u00e9xico libre e independiente; Iguala, cuna de la Bandera Nacional; y Ayutla de los Libres, donde el 1 de marzo de 1854, jefes, oficiales y tropa citados por el Coronel Florencio Villarreal promulgaron el documento hist\u00f3rico \u201cPlan de Ayutla\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho documento que fue construido tambi\u00e9n por Juan \u00c1lvarez, Ignacio Comonfort, Trinidad G\u00f3mez, Tom\u00e1s Moreno y Rafael Benavides, recalc\u00f3 la necesidad de luchar contra el mal gobierno que comprometi\u00f3 la integridad y soberan\u00eda del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como las amenazas contra las garant\u00edas y derechos de los mexicanos, iniciando con ello la Revoluci\u00f3n de Ayutla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resultado de esto, Santa Anna se vio obligado a renunciar el 9 de agosto de 1855, marcando el fin de una dictadura y de un mal gobierno que hab\u00eda fragmentado la estabilidad del pa\u00eds. Posterior a esto, se design\u00f3 a un presidente interino y se convoc\u00f3 a un Congreso Extraordinario Constituyente para redactar y promulgar una nueva Constituci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter representativa y popular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, la legisladora manifest\u00f3 que por ser un momento hist\u00f3rico que abona a la construcci\u00f3n del M\u00e9xico tal y como lo conocemos, impactando en su estructura social, pol\u00edtica y cultural, y que a\u00fan en el presente tiene influencia en la manera en que se organiza y piensa la sociedad, es loable inscribir este acontecimiento con letras doradas en el Muro de Honor del Sal\u00f3n de Sesiones del Congreso del Estado, para lo cual se celebrar\u00e1 una sesi\u00f3n solemne a la que se invite a los
