{"id":2225,"date":"2022-02-24T16:07:51","date_gmt":"2022-02-24T22:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/?p=2225"},"modified":"2022-02-24T16:07:51","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T22:07:51","slug":"se-analiza-en-el-congreso-la-ley-de-seguridad-integral-escolar-del-estado-de-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/63\/inicio\/2022\/02\/24\/se-analiza-en-el-congreso-la-ley-de-seguridad-integral-escolar-del-estado-de-guerrero\/","title":{"rendered":"SE ANALIZA EN EL CONGRESO LA LEY DE SEGURIDAD  INTEGRAL ESCOLAR DEL ESTADO DE GUERRERO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 24 de febrero de 2022.-<\/strong> Para que las autoridades e integrantes de la comunidad escolar coadyuven con la prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n del acoso escolar, la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda del Congreso del Estado analiza una Ley de Seguridad Integral Escolar del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la iniciativa se refiere que M\u00e9xico ocupa el primer lugar mundial en incidencia de acoso contra los menores, lo que hace necesario que se les otorguen facultades, atribuciones y obligaciones a las autoridades y miembros de la comunidad escolar para apoyar en la soluci\u00f3n de esta problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, esta Ley permitir\u00e1 establecer principios, mecanismos, programas y lineamientos para prevenir, detectar, atender y solucionar casos de violencia y garantizar dentro del entorno educativo el pleno respeto a los derechos humanos, promoviendo una convivencia pac\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que de acuerdo con datos de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Guerrero, esta entidad ocupa el lugar 18 a nivel nacional en casos de acoso escolar, lo que demuestra que las normas que regulan el sistema educativo fueron rebasadas por la violencia dentro de las instituciones educativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por todo lo anterior, se considera imperante poder contar con un ordenamiento jur\u00eddico que regule este fen\u00f3meno y tutele los derechos de la ni\u00f1ez y la adolescencia dentro de las escuelas, donde siete de cada 10 menores han sufrido alg\u00fan tipo de violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De aprobarse este ordenamiento jur\u00eddico, se salvaguardar\u00e1 la paz y la armon\u00eda en los planteles escolares, lo que motivar\u00e1 a contar con una mejor calidad educativa<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 24 de febrero de 2022.- Para que las autoridades e integrantes de la comunidad escolar coadyuven con la prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n del acoso escolar, la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda del Congreso del Estado analiza una Ley de Seguridad Integral Escolar del Estado de Guerrero.
