justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., 17 de febrero de 2022.- <\/strong>El Congreso del Estado exhort\u00f3 a los 81 municipios y sus comunidades para que junto con la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente, la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental del Estado, el Consejo Forestal Estatal y el Comit\u00e9 Estatal de Manejo del Fuego trabajen coordinadamente para mejorar la regulaci\u00f3n, formulaci\u00f3n, conducci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n ambiental, que atienda de manera adecuada la quema de residuos agr\u00edcolas e impida los incendios forestales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El exhorto fue propuesto por la diputada Leticia Castro Ortiz, quien rese\u00f1\u00f3 que en esta entidad los jornaleros realizan la quema de residuos s\u00f3lidos como tallos, pastos, hojas, c\u00e1scaras y restos de cosechas anteriores, por ser una estrategia r\u00e1pida y econ\u00f3mica para limpiar, podar y despejar la zona de cultivo e iniciar sus actividades de siembra, adem\u00e1s de que este m\u00e9todo es eficaz para eliminar moscos y otras plagas de los campos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que este procedimiento se registra en temporadas espec\u00edficas del a\u00f1o y su m\u00e9todo se realiza a cielo abierto, lo que conlleva a un grave desequilibrio ecol\u00f3gico y de salud p\u00fablica, al generar contaminantes a trav\u00e9s del humo que afectan a la poblaci\u00f3n y contribuye al cambio clim\u00e1tico, ya que entre los compuestos emitidos se encuentran gases de efecto invernadero y contaminantes clim\u00e1ticos de vida corta, como el carbono negro, que dificulta la visibilidad en zonas y carreteras aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, aunado al grave desequilibrio ecol\u00f3gico y de salud de los pobladores, este tipo de quema agr\u00edcola, conocido como \u201ctlacolol\u201d, conlleva el riesgo de quedar fuera de control y ser causa de incendios forestales, sobre todo en los meses de calor en que las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas favorecen la expansi\u00f3n del fuego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por todo lo anterior, la diputada Leticia Castro consider\u00f3 importante hacer un llamado a las instancias competentes para que se coordinen con la poblaci\u00f3n dedicada a las actividades agr\u00edcolas, y juntos implementen protocolos y herramientas que contrarresten las afectaciones por la quema de residuos
