<\/strong>El diputado Bernardo Ortega Jim\u00e9nez present\u00f3 una iniciativa de adici\u00f3n a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado para establecer que, durante la Sesi\u00f3n Solemne de Toma de Protesta del o la gobernadora respectiva, las representaciones y grupos parlamentarios de la legislatura tengan la facultad de fijar postura respecto al inicio del ejercicio del cargo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al exponer la reforma, el diputado expuso que es facultad del Congreso del Estado recibir la protesta constitucional como gobernador o gobernadora; sin embargo, ni la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del estado ni la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo establecen el protocolo que deber\u00e1 seguirse en dicha Sesi\u00f3n Solemne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ortega Jim\u00e9nez dijo que el Poder Legislativo es esencial en la vida democr\u00e1tica del estado, mismo que est\u00e1 facultado para emitir opini\u00f3n y observaciones a las acciones y programas que se ejecuten por parte de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal, como una forma de correlaci\u00f3n de acciones y atribuciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, indic\u00f3 que es conveniente modificar su Ley Org\u00e1nica para garantizar que durante la toma de protesta del Ejecutivo estatal ante diputadas y diputados locales se marque la correlaci\u00f3n de funciones en cuanto a la pol\u00edtica gubernamental que se ejercer\u00e1 en un periodo de seis a\u00f1os, y como una muestra de oficio pol\u00edtico y de establecimiento de coordinaci\u00f3n entre ambos poderes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos para su
