{"id":6579,"date":"2021-06-15T15:21:53","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T15:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6579"},"modified":"2021-10-11T18:41:15","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T18:41:15","slug":"aprueban-exhorto-a-gobierno-federal-y-congreso-de-la-union-para-resolver-problematica-de-las-pensiones-de-jubilados-y-pensionados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/06\/15\/aprueban-exhorto-a-gobierno-federal-y-congreso-de-la-union-para-resolver-problematica-de-las-pensiones-de-jubilados-y-pensionados\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBAN EXHORTO A GOBIERNO FEDERAL Y CONGRESO DE LA UNI\u00d3N PARA RESOLVER PROBLEM\u00c1TICA DE LAS PENSIONES DE JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 15<\/strong><strong> de junio del 2021.-<\/strong> A propuesta del diputado Ricardo Castillo Pe\u00f1a, el Congreso de Guerrero exhort\u00f3 al Gobierno Federal y a la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Social de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados para que realicen las acciones y reformas pertinentes que den soluci\u00f3n a la problem\u00e1tica de seguridad social por la que atraviesan los trabajadores jubilados y pensionados de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al exponer el sentido de la propuesta, el diputado de Morena explic\u00f3 que a partir de 1997 el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) y el Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE) cambiaron su esquema de aportaciones colectivas a uno conformado por cuentas individuales, donde se depositan las cuentas aportadas por el propio trabajador, por el patr\u00f3n y el Estado, haciendo responsable de su propia jubilaci\u00f3n al primero, y cuya pensi\u00f3n estar\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del monto total acumulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 el legislador que el problema de las cuentas individuales es haber tomado el esquema de los sistemas privados y trasladarlos a la seguridad social, sin haber creado los instrumentos y mecanismos que se requieren para lograr la finalidad distributiva y solidaridad social, porque no son las estructuras adecuadas para dar pensiones, prestaciones y servicios de las y los trabajadores del estado y todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, el tambi\u00e9n presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n consider\u00f3 pertinente que se analice el tema desde el origen de la creaci\u00f3n de las pensiones jubilatorias o de retiro, para que est\u00e9n bajo un esquema que garantice al trabajador el salario diferido; es decir, que cuando el trabajador culmine su vida laboral por las condiciones f\u00edsicas o de salud, se le garantice una pensi\u00f3n digna, como un acto de humanidad y reconocimiento a su labor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castillo Pe\u00f1a manifest\u00f3 su confianza en que el Gobierno Federal seguir\u00e1 en busca de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garanticen el bienestar del pueblo y de las y los jubilados y pensionados de M\u00e9xico, y a su vez exhort\u00f3 a los Congresos locales de la Rep\u00fablica y de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para adherirse a su propuesta, con el fin de unificar esfuerzos en favor de las y los trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 15 de junio del 2021.- A propuesta del diputado Ricardo Castillo Pe\u00f1a, el Congreso de Guerrero exhort\u00f3 al Gobierno Federal y a la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Social de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados para que realicen las acciones y reformas pertinentes que den soluci\u00f3n a la problem\u00e1tica de seguridad social por la que&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6580,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,36],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6579","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin","category-ricardo-castillo-pena"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
