{"id":6542,"date":"2021-06-08T15:26:38","date_gmt":"2021-06-08T15:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6542"},"modified":"2021-10-11T18:41:15","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T18:41:15","slug":"tras-reformas-del-congreso-a-la-ley-organica-del-municipio-libre-los-regidores-deberan-rendir-informes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/06\/08\/tras-reformas-del-congreso-a-la-ley-organica-del-municipio-libre-los-regidores-deberan-rendir-informes\/","title":{"rendered":"TRAS REFORMAS DEL CONGRESO A LA LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DEL MUNICIPIO LIBRE, LOS REGIDORES DEBER\u00c1N RENDIR INFORMES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 08 de junio<\/strong><strong> del 2021.- <\/strong>Con el prop\u00f3sito de que las administraciones municipales que entrar\u00e1n en funciones garanticen que las y los regidores cumplan con la entrega de sus informes de actividades ante el Cabildo, y adem\u00e1s sean publicados para conocimiento de la sociedad, el Congreso local realiz\u00f3 reformas a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reforma a esta Ley surge a ra\u00edz de que en el organigrama de los ayuntamientos municipales se cuenta con las regidur\u00edas, que son las encargadas de realizar acciones, planes de trabajo y estrategias para atender diferentes rubros, como Desarrollo Rural, Desarrollo Social, Seguridad P\u00fablica, Ecolog\u00eda y Medio Ambiente, Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, entre otras, para dar atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n a las demandas sociales de la cabecera municipal y sus comunidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo antes mencionado es que el Congreso del Estado consider\u00f3 de gran importancia que el trabajo realizado por dichos funcionarios, que son parte elemental de los ayuntamientos, se haga del conocimiento p\u00fablico, misma que deber\u00e1 ser independiente a la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas que hace el presidente o presidenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, con los ordenamientos jur\u00eddicos reformados tambi\u00e9n se da cumplimiento a las reglas y preceptos que regulan la presentaci\u00f3n de los informes de labores de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos, previstas en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, as\u00ed como en las leyes electorales y criterios sustentados por los tribunales electorales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dichos informes deben incluir la atenci\u00f3n ciudadana que realizan en sus oficinas, que es por lo menos cuatro veces a la semana, o m\u00e1s si es necesario, de acuerdo al ramo que les corresponda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 08 de junio del 2021.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de que las administraciones municipales que entrar\u00e1n en funciones garanticen que las y los regidores cumplan con la entrega de sus informes de actividades ante el Cabildo, y adem\u00e1s sean publicados para conocimiento de la sociedad, el Congreso local realiz\u00f3 reformas a la Ley&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6543,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6542","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
