{"id":6513,"date":"2021-06-01T14:53:24","date_gmt":"2021-06-01T14:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6513"},"modified":"2021-06-15T14:59:08","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T14:59:08","slug":"llama-diputada-a-los-ayuntamientos-para-que-hagan-valer-la-ley-de-bienestar-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/06\/01\/llama-diputada-a-los-ayuntamientos-para-que-hagan-valer-la-ley-de-bienestar-animal\/","title":{"rendered":"LLAMA DIPUTADA A LOS AYUNTAMIENTOS PARA QUE HAGAN VALER LA LEY DE BIENESTAR ANIMAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 01 de junio<\/strong><strong> del 2021.- <\/strong>La diputada Mariana Garc\u00eda Guill\u00e9n se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de que las autoridades estatales, municipales y sociedad civil hagan valer la Ley de Bienestar Animal del Estado de Guerrero, con el prop\u00f3sito de que se sancione, castigue y erradique el maltrato animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La legisladora que, afortunadamente, en la actualidad hay un gran n\u00famero de organizaciones civiles y activistas que con recursos propios hacen labor en favor de los animales; sin embargo, eso no es suficiente, por lo cual conmin\u00f3 a las autoridades competentes para que coadyuven con la asignaci\u00f3n de presupuesto para que dichas organizaciones solventen los refugios que se ubican en diferentes ciudades de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expuso que las administraciones municipales tienen grandes pendientes en este tema, como son las campa\u00f1as de esterilizaci\u00f3n. \u201cDeber\u00eda ser una atribuci\u00f3n y prioridad para las y los presidentes municipales, pero no s\u00f3lo para los que est\u00e1n en funciones, sino tambi\u00e9n para los que est\u00e1n en busca de esos cargos\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que le preocupa sobre manera que entre las propuestas de las y los candidatos no figure el tema del cuidado y la protecci\u00f3n de las mascotas y la fauna silvestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, Garc\u00eda Guill\u00e9n hizo un llamado a las autoridades municipales para que asuman su responsabilidad en el cuidado animal y den cumplimiento a la Ley en la materia, ya que no se est\u00e1n aplicando las sanciones estipuladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo es un tema del Poder Legislativo, sino de los ayuntamientos; ellos son los que deben tener una cuadrilla que se ocupe de la verificaci\u00f3n del respeto animal, que cuente con un diagn\u00f3stico, la ubicaci\u00f3n de puntos rojos, sem\u00e1foro de atenci\u00f3n a los animales, y que se finquen multas y sanciones de c\u00e1rcel a quien violente la Ley de Bienestar Animal\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conmin\u00f3 por \u00faltimo a las autoridades competentes para que atiendan dicha problem\u00e1tica a trav\u00e9s de cl\u00ednicas veterinarias, campa\u00f1as intensivas y gratuitas de esterilizaci\u00f3n de manera permanente; \u201cporque no nos sirve que se haga cada a\u00f1o la esterilizaci\u00f3n de perros y gatos; esto debe ser permanente; las y los ciudadanos deben tener la oportunidad de llevar a sus animales a alguna cl\u00ednica u hospital veterinario para esterilizarlos, como una alternativa para reducir el n\u00famero de animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 01 de junio del 2021.- La diputada Mariana Garc\u00eda Guill\u00e9n se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de que las autoridades estatales, municipales y sociedad civil hagan valer la Ley de Bienestar Animal del Estado de Guerrero, con el prop\u00f3sito de que se sancione, castigue y erradique el maltrato animal.
