{"id":6449,"date":"2021-05-21T20:47:33","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T20:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6449"},"modified":"2021-05-22T20:49:08","modified_gmt":"2021-05-22T20:49:08","slug":"presentan-exhorto-para-la-activacion-de-los-consejos-municipales-de-proteccion-civil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/05\/21\/presentan-exhorto-para-la-activacion-de-los-consejos-municipales-de-proteccion-civil\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN EXHORTO PARA LA ACTIVACI\u00d3N DE  LOS CONSEJOS MUNICIPALES DE PROTECCI\u00d3N CIVIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 21 de mayo<\/strong><strong> del 2021.-<\/strong> A la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del Congreso del Estado se turn\u00f3 un exhorto dirigido a las autoridades municipales de Guerrero para que preparen y activen sus respectivos Consejos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, en salvaguarda de la integridad f\u00edsica, la salud y el patrimonio de los guerrerenses en esta temporada de lluvias y huracanes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta la hizo la diputada Perla Edith Mart\u00ednez R\u00edos, quien record\u00f3 que este 15 de mayo inici\u00f3 la temporada de lluvias y huracanes en el litoral del oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico y que, seg\u00fan expertos, ser\u00e1 tan o m\u00e1s intensa que la del a\u00f1o pasado, hecho por el cual la poblaci\u00f3n y las autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno deben estar alertas y extremar precauciones ante la inminente llegada de fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expuso que entre las funciones de los comit\u00e9s est\u00e1n las de promover la cultura de protecci\u00f3n civil, desarrollando acciones de educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n; fomentar la participaci\u00f3n activa y responsable de la comunidad, ante la eventual ocurrencia de un fen\u00f3meno perturbador; prestar y coordinar el auxilio a la poblaci\u00f3n en caso de que acontezca una emergencia o desastre, y promover el equipamiento de los cuerpos de respuesta inmediata a nivel municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, manifiesta que es importante preparar o activar dichos consejos, ya que las condiciones geogr\u00e1ficas y sociales hacen que Guerrero sea una de las entidades m\u00e1s vulnerables del pa\u00eds frente a este tipo de contingencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El exhorto va dirigido a los 80 ayuntamientos y al Concejo Municipal Comunitario de Ayutla de los Libres, conmin\u00e1ndolos a salvaguardar la integridad f\u00edsica, la salud y el patrimonio de los guerrerenses con la integraci\u00f3n de los citados consejos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 21 de mayo del 2021.- A la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del Congreso del Estado se turn\u00f3 un exhorto dirigido a las autoridades municipales de Guerrero para que preparen y activen sus respectivos Consejos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, en salvaguarda de la integridad f\u00edsica, la salud y el patrimonio de los guerrerenses en&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6450,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,52],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6449","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin","category-perla-edith-martinez-rios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
