{"id":6392,"date":"2021-05-13T15:05:38","date_gmt":"2021-05-13T15:05:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6392"},"modified":"2021-05-14T15:06:46","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T15:06:46","slug":"plantean-regular-la-prestacion-del-servicio-de-seguridad-privada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/05\/13\/plantean-regular-la-prestacion-del-servicio-de-seguridad-privada\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN REGULAR LA PRESTACI\u00d3N  DEL SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD PRIVADA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 13 de mayo del 2021.-<\/strong> El diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez propuso una iniciativa de Ley de Seguridad Privada del Estado de Guerrero, con el objeto de regular la prestaci\u00f3n de este servicio en todas sus modalidades, su infraestructura, equipo e instalaciones inherentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al fundamentar su iniciativa, el legislador expuso que actualmente la seguridad privada es prestada por empresas tanto p\u00fablicas como privadas para proteger bienes e inmuebles, hogares, terrenos, gasolineras, cl\u00ednicas, entre otros, mismas que, por lo regular, funcionan las 24 horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que para la prestaci\u00f3n de este servicio es necesario que las autoridades otorguen licencias a las compa\u00f1\u00edas que lo ofertan y a sus trabajadores, como lo se\u00f1ala la Ley Federal de Seguridad Privada, especificando que se considerar\u00e1n los principios de integridad y dignidad, protecci\u00f3n y trato correcto a las personas, evitando en todo momento arbitrariedades y violencia, y actuando en congruencia con sus facultades y medios disponibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cruz L\u00f3pez considera que Guerrero debe contar con un ordenamiento al respecto tal y como se hizo en los estados de Puebla, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Chihuahua, a fin de garantizar que la seguridad privada se realice en las mejores condiciones de eficiencia, imagen y certeza, en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Congreso, para su an\u00e1lisis y emisi\u00f3n del dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 13 de mayo del 2021.- El diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez propuso una iniciativa de Ley de Seguridad Privada del Estado de Guerrero, con el objeto de regular la prestaci\u00f3n de este servicio en todas sus modalidades, su infraestructura, equipo e instalaciones inherentes.
