{"id":6389,"date":"2021-05-13T15:04:09","date_gmt":"2021-05-13T15:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6389"},"modified":"2021-05-14T15:05:27","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T15:05:27","slug":"exhorta-el-congreso-a-instancias-federales-para-implementar-un-plan-de-recuperacion-en-zonas-devastadas-por-incendios-forestales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/05\/13\/exhorta-el-congreso-a-instancias-federales-para-implementar-un-plan-de-recuperacion-en-zonas-devastadas-por-incendios-forestales\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTA EL CONGRESO A INSTANCIAS FEDERALES PARA IMPLEMENTAR UN PLAN DE RECUPERACI\u00d3N EN ZONAS DEVASTADAS POR INCENDIOS FORESTALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 13 de mayo<\/strong><strong> del 2021.-<\/strong> El Congreso del estado exhort\u00f3 a dependencias federales para que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno del Estado y los Municipios, implementen un programa integral de mantenimiento forestal, restauraci\u00f3n de cuencas hidrol\u00f3gicas y control de la erosi\u00f3n, y para la recuperaci\u00f3n de zonas devastadas por los incendios forestales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto a propuesta de la diputada Mar\u00eda del Carmen P\u00e9rez Izazaga, quien indic\u00f3 que desde el mes de abril de este a\u00f1o, a la fecha, se han registrado once incendios en distintos municipios del estado, con una superficie afectada equivalente a la suma de los dos a\u00f1os pasados durante el mismo periodo, seg\u00fan cifras de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal (Conafor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el municipio de Chilpancingo fue el m\u00e1s afectado en las comunidades de San Vicente, Xocomanatl\u00e1n, El Calvario, Las \u00c1guilas, La Ci\u00e9nega y Llanos de Tepoxtepec. Ante esto, precis\u00f3, la reforestaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas da\u00f1adas, entre otras medidas de car\u00e1cter integral en materia de manejo del suelo, como la explotaci\u00f3n racional de recursos naturales y captaci\u00f3n de agua, resultan ser medidas indispensables y urgentes para detener el deterioro y conservar los recursos forestales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00e9rez Izazaga propuso exhortar a la Secretar\u00eda Federal del Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal, a la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente y a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua para que implementen un programa integral de recuperaci\u00f3n forestal, restauraci\u00f3n de cuencas hidrol\u00f3gicas y control de la erosi\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n de zonas devastadas por los incendios forestales<strong>, <\/strong>en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno Estatal y los Municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, plante\u00f3 exhortar a la Secretar\u00eda del Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales del estado y a la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica para que realicen un diagn\u00f3stico de las \u00e1reas devastadas, que permita evaluar los da\u00f1os y se implemente a la brevedad un programa integral de restauraci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n forestal, estableciendo los mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n necesarios con la Federaci\u00f3n y Municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, el exhorto pide a los ayuntamientos y al Consejo Municipal Comunitario de Ayutla de los Libres que impulsen la conformaci\u00f3n de un programa integral de recuperaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas devastadas por los incendios forestales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 13 de mayo del 2021.- El Congreso del estado exhort\u00f3 a dependencias federales para que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno del Estado y los Municipios, implementen un programa integral de mantenimiento forestal, restauraci\u00f3n de cuencas hidrol\u00f3gicas y control de la erosi\u00f3n, y para la recuperaci\u00f3n de zonas devastadas por los incendios forestales&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6390,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,80],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6389","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin","category-maria-del-carmen-perez-izazaga"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
