{"id":6302,"date":"2021-04-29T15:31:32","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T15:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6302"},"modified":"2021-04-30T15:33:14","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T15:33:14","slug":"se-avanzo-aunque-falta-consolidar-la-verdadera-paridad-de-genero-en-el-poder-judicial-cruz-tenorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/29\/se-avanzo-aunque-falta-consolidar-la-verdadera-paridad-de-genero-en-el-poder-judicial-cruz-tenorio\/","title":{"rendered":"SE AVANZ\u00d3, AUNQUE FALTA CONSOLIDAR LA VERDADERA PARIDAD DE G\u00c9NERO EN EL PODER JUDICIAL: CRUZ TENORIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 29 de abril del 2021.-<\/strong> La diputada Zoraida Abril Cruz Tenorio consider\u00f3 que en los nombramientos de magistradas y magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y de Justicia Administrativa falt\u00f3 una verdadera paridad de g\u00e9nero, algo en lo que -dijo- el Congreso debe seguir trabajando, hasta garantizarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expuso que a pesar de que se design\u00f3 a cinco magistradas, de entre trece nombramientos, la equidad y la paridad quedaron s\u00f3lo en el discurso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que aunque el Ejecutivo estatal rectific\u00f3 y envi\u00f3 nuevamente los nombramientos para incluir a m\u00e1s mujeres, esto fue insuficiente porque no se alcanz\u00f3 a equilibrar el n\u00famero. En ese sentido, dijo que debe continuarse con la labor legislativa hasta lograr que la paridad se d\u00e9 en todos los \u00e1mbitos y cargos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cruz Tenorio resalt\u00f3 que con la ratificaci\u00f3n de dichos nombramientos se cumpli\u00f3 con la Ley, e incluso se demostr\u00f3 la capacidad para alcanzar acuerdos dentro de los grupos parlamentarios y representaciones de partido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y en cuanto al m\u00e9todo de selecci\u00f3n de magistrados, la legisladora coincidi\u00f3 con su hom\u00f3logo Jes\u00fas Villanueva Vega, en el sentido de que se debe cambiar el m\u00e9todo de selecci\u00f3n, que la facultad no sea s\u00f3lo del poder Ejecutivo, sino a trav\u00e9s de una convocatoria abierta que permita encontrar los mejores perfiles, gente honorable y, sobre todo, que cuente con una verdadera Carrera Judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 29 de abril del 2021.- La diputada Zoraida Abril Cruz Tenorio consider\u00f3 que en los nombramientos de magistradas y magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y de Justicia Administrativa falt\u00f3 una verdadera paridad de g\u00e9nero, algo en lo que -dijo- el Congreso debe seguir trabajando, hasta garantizarla.
