{"id":6299,"date":"2021-04-29T15:27:29","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T15:27:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6299"},"modified":"2021-04-30T15:31:24","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T15:31:24","slug":"congreso-cumplio-con-lo-que-le-corresponde-en-cuanto-a-ratificacion-de-magistrados-alfredo-sanchez-esquivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/29\/congreso-cumplio-con-lo-que-le-corresponde-en-cuanto-a-ratificacion-de-magistrados-alfredo-sanchez-esquivel\/","title":{"rendered":"CONGRESO CUMPLI\u00d3 CON LO QUE LE CORRESPONDE EN CUANTO A RATIFICACI\u00d3N DE MAGISTRADOS: ALFREDO S\u00c1NCHEZ ESQUIVEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 29 de abril del 2021.- <\/strong>El diputado Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, asegur\u00f3 con la ratificaci\u00f3n de las y los magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y de Justicia Administrativa, el Poder Legislativo est\u00e1 cumpliendo con la responsabilidad que le corresponde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, el legislador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la noche de este mi\u00e9rcoles, luego de varias horas de sesi\u00f3n, se aprobaron los dict\u00e1menes de ratificaci\u00f3n de dichos nombramientos enviados por el Ejecutivo estatal, e hizo un reconocimiento a las y los integrantes de la Jucopo, quienes en todo momento mostraron la disposici\u00f3n para hacerlo realidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mencion\u00f3 que desde que asumi\u00f3 la Presidencia de la Jucopo se hizo el compromiso de sacar adelante los asuntos que estaban pendientes y que era urgente desahogar, en cumplimiento de las obligaciones y responsabilidades que tiene el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e1nchez Esquivel asegur\u00f3 que, pese al proceso electoral que se vive en Guerrero, los integrantes de la Jucopo acordaron privilegiar los trabajos legislativos, antes que abordar otros asuntos a los que tambi\u00e9n tienen derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado consider\u00f3, empero, que el mecanismo de selecci\u00f3n de los magistrados no es el adecuado, aunque as\u00ed lo marque la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado.
