justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 28 de abril del 2021.- <\/strong>El Congreso del Estado ratific\u00f3 los nombramientos de magistradas y magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa de Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una segunda sesi\u00f3n de este mi\u00e9rcoles, la LXII Legislatura aprob\u00f3, primeramente, los nombramientos emitidos por el Ejecutivo estatal en favor de Mariana Contreras Soto, Delfina L\u00f3pez Ram\u00edrez, Indalecia Pacheco Le\u00f3n, Benjam\u00edn Gallegos Segura y Juan S\u00e1nchez Lucas como magistradas y magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, se aprobaron los dict\u00e1menes de ratificaci\u00f3n de nombramientos de Luis Camacho Mancilla, H\u00e9ctor Flores Piedra y Eva Luz Ram\u00edrez Ba\u00f1os como magistrados y magistrada de la Sala Superior del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y por \u00faltimo, los nombramientos de Patricia Le\u00f3n Manzo, Jorge Alberto Alem\u00e1n Aponte, Ignacio Javier Murgu\u00eda, Ram\u00f3n Navarrete Magdaleno y Tom\u00e1s Pastor Reynoso como magistrada y magistrados de la Sala Regional del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los dict\u00e1menes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y Gobernaci\u00f3n, una vez recibidos los nombramientos se publicaron en el Portal del Congreso para hacerse llegar de informaci\u00f3n sobre las propuestas, y posteriormente comparecieron ante la misma Comisi\u00f3n para conocer sus planes y programas de trabajo dentro del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agrega que una vez hecho el an\u00e1lisis de cada una de las propuestas, la Comisi\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 que todas ellas cumplen con los requisitos que establece la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que la elaboraci\u00f3n de los dict\u00e1menes con proyecto de decreto por el que se ratifican los nombramientos, que ser\u00e1n por un periodo de siete a\u00f1os, estuvo a cargo de las y los diputados Alicia Elizabeth Zamora Villalva, Servando de Jes\u00fas Salgado Guzm\u00e1n, Mariana Itallitzin Garc\u00eda Guill\u00e9n, Alberto Catal\u00e1n Bastida y Celeste Mora Eguiluz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al fijar la postura, a nombre de su grupo parlamentario, el diputado Jes\u00fas Villanueva Vega dijo que votar\u00edan a favor de la ratificaci\u00f3n de los citados nombramientos porque, de acuerdo con la norma jur\u00eddica vigente, es facultad y atribuci\u00f3n del Ejecutivo estatal, aunque este esquema no responda a las exigencias de la sociedad ni a los avances en materia de designaci\u00f3n de funcionarios p\u00fablicos, como ocurre en otras entidades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que este proceso es obsoleto y podr\u00eda ser hasta violatorio de los derechos humanos, por su unilateralidad, recordando que \u00e9l mismo present\u00f3 una iniciativa de Ley para que los aspirantes a dichos cargos puedan concursar y ser electos mediante convocatoria abierta, adem\u00e1s de cumplir a plenitud con la Carrera Judicial, pero su propuesta no registra ning\u00fan avance en comisiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dict\u00e1menes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la misma sesi\u00f3n, las y los diputados aprobaron una serie de dict\u00e1menes por los que se concede licencia indefinida a seis alcaldes, dos s\u00edndicas procuradoras y una regidora, as\u00ed como la reincorporaci\u00f3n al cargo de presidentes y s\u00edndicos de diferentes municipios, y un dictamen relacionado con la renuncia de Benito Garc\u00eda Mel\u00e9ndez a su derecho de acceder al cargo y
