{"id":6228,"date":"2021-04-23T02:16:24","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T02:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6228"},"modified":"2021-04-24T02:20:50","modified_gmt":"2021-04-24T02:20:50","slug":"sigue-congreso-la-ruta-del-consenso-para-desahogar-asuntos-pendientes-y-de-relevancia-para-el-estado-jesus-villanueva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/23\/sigue-congreso-la-ruta-del-consenso-para-desahogar-asuntos-pendientes-y-de-relevancia-para-el-estado-jesus-villanueva\/","title":{"rendered":"SIGUE CONGRESO LA RUTA DEL CONSENSO PARA DESAHOGAR ASUNTOS PENDIENTES Y DE RELEVANCIA PARA EL ESTADO: JES\u00daS VILLANUEVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 23 de abril<\/strong><strong> del 2021.- <\/strong>El diputado Jes\u00fas Villanueva Vega se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el Congreso del Estado, tanto al interior de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica como en los grupos parlamentarios, se privilegia el di\u00e1logo y el entendimiento para lograr consenso en los temas que se discuten para su respectiva aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, el diputado manifest\u00f3 que cuando hay en la mesa temas trascendentales y de gran relevancia para el estado, es com\u00fan que se analice y discuta \u00e1lgidamente al interior de todas las fracciones parlamentarias, hasta alcanzar acuerdos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAqu\u00ed es cuando se debe privilegiar el di\u00e1logo, ya que en temas de gran impacto se requiere de las dos terceras partes de las y los diputados de la LXII Legislatura, y eso s\u00f3lo se logra con la anuencia y voluntad de las y los legisladores\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abund\u00f3 que es mejor buscar los consensos al interior de la Jucopo y de las fracciones parlamentarias, que llegar con desacuerdos al Pleno. \u201cHacer el an\u00e1lisis previo es un proceso de anuencia, voluntad y ejercicio de di\u00e1logo para generar los consensos necesarios\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a los temas pendientes, como los nombramientos de magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y de Justicia Administrativa del Estado de Guerrero, dijo que contin\u00faa el an\u00e1lisis al interior de la Jucopo y de los propios grupos parlamentarios para sacar las mejores propuestas, que cumplan con el perfil, la carrera y experiencia en la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esa manera, dijo, tambi\u00e9n se analiza lo relacionado a la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos municipios, entre otros asuntos que est\u00e1n pendientes en la agenda legislativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 que a lo largo de la LXII Legislatura se ha privilegiado el di\u00e1logo para concretar y aprobar reformas a distintos ordenamientos legales, como es la reforma en materia electoral que en el actual proceso ya tiene vigencia, pues se est\u00e1 aplicando a trav\u00e9s de las instancias y \u00f3rganos electorales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSiempre es complejo llegar a acuerdos, pero las y los diputados hemos priorizado un buen ejercicio de di\u00e1logo, se escuchan y atienden las opiniones de todas las fracciones parlamentarias y representaciones de partido, con el \u00fanico fin de mantener armonizado el marco jur\u00eddico para bien del estado\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 23 de abril del 2021.- El diputado Jes\u00fas Villanueva Vega se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el Congreso del Estado, tanto al interior de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica como en los grupos parlamentarios, se privilegia el di\u00e1logo y el entendimiento para lograr consenso en los temas que se discuten para su respectiva aprobaci\u00f3n.
