{"id":6222,"date":"2021-04-22T01:47:24","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T01:47:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6222"},"modified":"2021-04-23T01:49:42","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T01:49:42","slug":"aprobo-congreso-la-obligatoriedad-de-regidores-para-rendir-informes-de-sus-labores-ante-el-cabildo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/22\/aprobo-congreso-la-obligatoriedad-de-regidores-para-rendir-informes-de-sus-labores-ante-el-cabildo\/","title":{"rendered":"APROB\u00d3 CONGRESO LA OBLIGATORIEDAD DE REGIDORES  PARA RENDIR INFORMES DE SUS LABORES ANTE EL CABILDO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 22 de abril del 2021.- <\/strong>Con las reformas que aprob\u00f3 el Congreso del Estado a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado, los regidores tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar anualmente un informe por escrito del ejercicio de sus funciones ante el Cabildo, sin perjuicio de que puedan hacerlo ante la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el dictamen emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y Gobernaci\u00f3n, derivado de una propuesta hecha por la diputada Leticia Mosso Hern\u00e1ndez, es fundamental que se informe al Ayuntamiento sobre el resultado de los trabajos desarrollados por las y los regidores, al igual que a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se se\u00f1ala que tal atribuci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 sujeta invariablemente a las reglas y preceptos que regulan la presentaci\u00f3n de los informes de labores de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos, previstas en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, as\u00ed como en las leyes electorales y criterios sustentados por los tribunales electorales, sin que este informe deba considerarse equiparable al informe anual pormenorizado sobre el estado que guarda la administraci\u00f3n municipal que rinde el presidente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, sobre la facultad y obligaci\u00f3n de los regidores de brindar atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda en sus oficinas en por lo menos cuatro veces a la semana, se suprime este periodo para no acotar dicho tiempo y poder dejar libre la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda cuando se requiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, entre las reformas a dicha Ley se especifica tambi\u00e9n que la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda se brindar\u00e1 conforme al ramo que le corresponda a cada regidor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 22 de abril del 2021.- Con las reformas que aprob\u00f3 el Congreso del Estado a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado, los regidores tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar anualmente un informe por escrito del ejercicio de sus funciones ante el Cabildo, sin perjuicio de que puedan hacerlo ante la ciudadan\u00eda&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6223,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6222","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
