{"id":6204,"date":"2021-04-21T01:11:07","date_gmt":"2021-04-21T01:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6204"},"modified":"2021-04-23T01:43:08","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T01:43:08","slug":"presentan-exhorto-a-la-seg-para-cubrir-adeudos-de-pensiones-a-maestros-jubilados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/21\/presentan-exhorto-a-la-seg-para-cubrir-adeudos-de-pensiones-a-maestros-jubilados\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN EXHORTO A LA SEG PARA CUBRIR  ADEUDOS DE PENSIONES A MAESTROS JUBILADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 21 de abril del 2021.-<\/strong> A la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda se turn\u00f3 un exhorto propuesto por la diputada Elideth P\u00e9rez \u00c1lvarez al Ejecutivo estatal para que instruya a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, a efecto de que se considere, a la brevedad y sin excepci\u00f3n, el pago de pensiones por m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o a los profesores Idonia Benito Morales, Lyon Nazario Hesiquio, F\u00e9lix Olividalia P\u00e9rez \u00c1lvarez, Adela Monta\u00f1o Marroqu\u00edn, Alicia Garivo Camacho, Edilberta Pachuca Guzm\u00e1n y Misael Carbajal Merino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n de este mi\u00e9rcoles, la legisladora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los siete profesores retirados solicitaron su apoyo para hacer un llamado a la instancia competente y que les cubra las pensiones que dejaron de percibir del 1 de enero del 2017 y hasta el 1 de enero del 2018, por concepto de jubilaci\u00f3n, monto que asciende a 102 mil 440 pesos para cada uno, por trece meses de adeudo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que aun cuando a la fecha se les ha cubierto su pensi\u00f3n de manera puntual y sin problema, falta que se les cubra el monto del periodo se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abund\u00f3 la legisladora que el presupuesto aprobado para el 2021 fue de 61 mil 641 millones 521 mil pesos, de los cuales a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n se destinaron 22 mil 074,312.5, lo que hace incomprensible que los titulares de las distintas dependencias argumenten, como justificativa, que no se cuenta con el recurso para cubrir adeudos.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Intervenciones<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado Arist\u00f3teles Tito Arroyo, al intervenir sobre \u201cLos derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y comunidades originarias y afromexicanas en la Constituci\u00f3n federal y estatal\u201d, llam\u00f3 al Congreso a actuar con altura de miras y valorar la propuesta de reforma constitucional presentada en esta Legislatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a nivel federal ya se impulsan adecuaciones legales tendientes a reconocer a estos pueblos como sujetos de derecho p\u00fablico, con capacidad plena para decidir libremente su forma de gobierno, organizaci\u00f3n, desarrollo integral y bienestar com\u00fan, mediante el aprovechamiento sostenible de sus tierras, territorios y recursos naturales, que garantice la transformaci\u00f3n sustantiva de las actuales estructuras pol\u00edticas, jur\u00eddicas y econ\u00f3micas, y evite que sigan viviendo en condiciones de pobreza, desigualdad, discriminaci\u00f3n e injusticia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 21 de abril del 2021.- A la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda se turn\u00f3 un exhorto propuesto por la diputada Elideth P\u00e9rez \u00c1lvarez al Ejecutivo estatal para que instruya a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, a efecto de que se considere, a la brevedad y sin excepci\u00f3n, el pago de pensiones por&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6205,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6204","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
