{"id":6201,"date":"2021-04-21T01:08:16","date_gmt":"2021-04-21T01:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/?p=6201"},"modified":"2021-04-23T01:43:47","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T01:43:47","slug":"aprueba-congreso-exhorto-a-instancias-de-gobierno-para-destinar-mayores-recursos-contra-los-incendios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/21\/aprueba-congreso-exhorto-a-instancias-de-gobierno-para-destinar-mayores-recursos-contra-los-incendios\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA CONGRESO EXHORTO A INSTANCIAS DE GOBIERNO PARA DESTINAR MAYORES RECURSOS CONTRA LOS INCENDIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 21 de abril del 2021.-<\/strong> Diputadas y diputados de la LXII Legislatura aprobaron un exhorto a los titulares de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales y de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal para que destinen mayores recursos econ\u00f3micos y personal para el combate de incendios forestales en el territorio estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mismo acuerdo propuesto por el diputado Alberto Catal\u00e1n Bastida, se hizo un reconocimiento p\u00fablico a las personas que participaron activamente en la mitigaci\u00f3n de incendios forestales presentados en diversas regiones del estado, porque \u201caun cuando esto significa poner en riesgo su propia vida, lo hacen para salvaguardar los bosques de la entidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador refiri\u00f3 que Guerrero es un estado donde a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o se enfrenta a los incendios forestales, y que, en ese tenor, la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil estatal reporta al 19 de abril que la existencia de diez siniestros, de los cuales siete estaban bajo control y tres en activo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manifest\u00f3 que en todas las regiones se han presentado incendios forestales, pero gracias a la coordinaci\u00f3n permanente entre el gobierno estatal y elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional, Conafor, Semaren, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y el voluntariado, se han podido sofocar y preservar la vida de las y los guerrerenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asegur\u00f3 que no se puede se\u00f1alar una falta de acci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, no puede bajarse la guardia porque la temporada de estiaje a\u00fan estar\u00e1 presente en lo que resta del mes de abril y parte de mayo, ante lo cual es importante redoblar esfuerzos por parte de los tres niveles de gobierno, destinando mayores recursos econ\u00f3micos y humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que debe privilegiarse la atenci\u00f3n de incendios forestales bajo criterios t\u00e9cnicos; es decir, combatir aquellos que se consideren m\u00e1s da\u00f1inos, para proteger el ecosistema, principalmente donde hay arbolado adulto o donde el peligro es alto por las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, as\u00ed como por la actividad de agentes causales y la acumulaci\u00f3n de combustibles.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Toma de protesta<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta sesi\u00f3n rindi\u00f3 protesta ante el Pleno el C.
