Chilpancingo, Gro., a 19 de abril del 2021.-<\/strong> Porque el Covid-19 lleg\u00f3 para quedarse, es necesario adecuar las leyes locales para adaptarlas a la nueva normalidad, consider\u00f3 la diputada Mar\u00eda del Carmen P\u00e9rez Izazaga.<\/p>\n

Para ello, manifest\u00f3 que recientemente present\u00f3 una iniciativa de adici\u00f3n a la Ley de Salud del Estado de Guerrero para que se reconozca e incluya en el cat\u00e1logo de enfermedades transmisibles al Covid-19, con el objeto de que las autoridades sanitarias elaboren programas y campa\u00f1as temporales o permanentes para su prevenci\u00f3n, control y erradicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, dijo que tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 iniciativa para adicionar el C\u00f3digo Penal y castigar como delito de fraude espec\u00edfico la venta y distribuci\u00f3n de vacunas contra el virus SARS-CoV2 falsificadas, alteradas, contaminadas o que no est\u00e9n autorizadas por la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Protecci\u00f3n Contra Riesgos Sanitarios.<\/p>\n

En el \u00faltimo tema, plantea que en el caso de vacunas originales y autorizadas se sancione a quien no las entregue en t\u00e9rminos de lo pactado o las sustraiga de manera indebida, y que se castigue con una mayor penalidad al servidor p\u00fablico o profesional de la salud que lo cometa.<\/p>\n

Confi\u00f3 en que estas propuestas sean aprobadas antes de que concluya la legislatura para adecuar el marco jur\u00eddico de la entidad y no haya pretexto para cometer estos il\u00edcitos o delitos.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que la incorporaci\u00f3n de esta enfermedad transmisible a la Ley de Salud servir\u00e1 para que se contemplen recursos econ\u00f3micos para su atenci\u00f3n por parte del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n
