{"id":6073,"date":"2021-04-15T05:08:19","date_gmt":"2021-04-15T05:08:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=6073"},"modified":"2021-04-19T05:09:10","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T05:09:10","slug":"congreso-de-guerrero-va-por-la-creacion-de-cinco-nuevos-municipios-sanchez-esquivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/15\/congreso-de-guerrero-va-por-la-creacion-de-cinco-nuevos-municipios-sanchez-esquivel\/","title":{"rendered":"CONGRESO DE GUERRERO VA POR LA CREACI\u00d3N DE CINCO NUEVOS MUNICIPIOS: S\u00c1NCHEZ ESQUIVEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 15 de abril del 2021.- El diputado Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, adelant\u00f3 que despu\u00e9s de las elecciones del 6 de junio la LXII Legislatura podr\u00eda estar votando la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos municipios de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador manifest\u00f3 que para lograr lo anterior se trabaja arduamente en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Poder Ejecutivo, los Comit\u00e9s Promotores de los nuevos municipios y la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y Gobernaci\u00f3n, para verificar que se cumpla con cada uno de los requisitos que marca la Ley.<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que se ha podido avanzar en este tema gracias a que recientemente se modific\u00f3 la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado, para que el Congreso tenga la facultad de aceptar la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos municipios que no cuenten con la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima requerida de 25 mil habitantes, en el caso de que existan solicitudes presentadas en anteriores legislaturas o en la actual, y no se hayan cometido il\u00edcitos ni actos de violencia f\u00edsica o moral contra las autoridades o la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que la creaci\u00f3n de estos nuevos municipios, sobre todo en las zonas ind\u00edgenas de Guerrero, coadyuvar\u00e1 a que las comunidades tengan mejores condiciones de salud, educaci\u00f3n, caminos e infraestructura, y un mayor desarrollo de los pueblos que por a\u00f1os han sido marginados por sus autoridades municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que, inicialmente, hab\u00eda cuatro solicitudes para la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos municipios, pero recientemente se agreg\u00f3 a la comunidad de Coapinola, en el municipio de Ayutla de los Libres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 15 de abril del 2021.- El diputado Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, adelant\u00f3 que despu\u00e9s de las elecciones del 6 de junio la LXII Legislatura podr\u00eda estar votando la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos municipios de Guerrero.
