{"id":6026,"date":"2021-04-08T04:26:34","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T04:26:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=6026"},"modified":"2021-04-19T04:28:32","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T04:28:32","slug":"proponen-reforma-al-codigo-penal-para-tipificar-los-delitos-de-acoso-y-asedio-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/04\/08\/proponen-reforma-al-codigo-penal-para-tipificar-los-delitos-de-acoso-y-asedio-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"PROPONEN REFORMA AL C\u00d3DIGO PENAL PARA TIPIFICAR LOS DELITOS DE ACOSO Y ASEDIO SEXUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 08 de abril del 2021.- Para actualizar la tipolog\u00eda del acoso sexual y que se considere como delito el hecho de asediar reiteradamente a otra persona, habiendo o no condici\u00f3n de subordinaci\u00f3n, la diputada Roc\u00edo Alonso Reyes present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que la legisladora manifiesta que tanto hombres como mujeres son objeto de acoso sexual; en el caso de las mujeres sufren esta pr\u00e1ctica las j\u00f3venes, las econ\u00f3micamente dependientes, solteras o divorciadas y con estatus de inmigrante; y en los hombres, principalmente, los j\u00f3venes, homosexuales y miembros de minor\u00edas \u00e9tnicas o raciales.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que la Declaraci\u00f3n sobre la eliminaci\u00f3n de la violencia contra la mujer de las Naciones Unidas, la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos y la Convenci\u00f3n Interamericana para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia Contra la Mujer, establecen que los estados deben actuar con diligencia para prevenir, investigar y sancionar la violencia contra la mujer e incluir en su legislaci\u00f3n interna normas penales, civiles y administrativas, as\u00ed como las de otra naturaleza que sean necesarias para ello.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, Alonso Reyes propone reformar el art\u00edculo 185 del C\u00f3digo Penal local para que el acoso sexual se tipifique como delito y se castigue a quien con fines o m\u00f3viles lascivos asedie reiteradamente a otra persona con la que exista relaci\u00f3n de subordinaci\u00f3n o no, misma a la que se le impondr\u00e1 de uno a cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y de cincuenta a doscientos cincuenta d\u00edas multa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 08 de abril del 2021.- Para actualizar la tipolog\u00eda del acoso sexual y que se considere como delito el hecho de asediar reiteradamente a otra persona, habiendo o no condici\u00f3n de subordinaci\u00f3n, la diputada Roc\u00edo Alonso Reyes present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Guerrero.
