{"id":5733,"date":"2021-02-25T18:34:25","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T18:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=5733"},"modified":"2021-04-06T18:35:11","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T18:35:11","slug":"la-participacion-ciudadana-es-clave-en-la-toma-de-decisiones-indica-presidente-de-la-comision-en-la-materia-del-congreso-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/02\/25\/la-participacion-ciudadana-es-clave-en-la-toma-de-decisiones-indica-presidente-de-la-comision-en-la-materia-del-congreso-local\/","title":{"rendered":"LA PARTICIPACI\u00d3N CIUDADANA ES CLAVE EN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES, INDICA PRESIDENTE DE LA COMISI\u00d3N EN LA MATERIA DEL CONGRESO LOCAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 25 de febrero del 2021.- El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Congreso local, diputado Cervando Ayala Rodr\u00edguez, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la integraci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en los municipios del estado de Guerrero, por ser una pieza fundamental en la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, refiri\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n que preside da cabal atenci\u00f3n a los ordenamientos jur\u00eddicos, hecho por el cual realiz\u00f3 la adecuaci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo segundo transitorio de la Ley 684 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, para que la integraci\u00f3n de los comit\u00e9s se realice seis meses despu\u00e9s de haber concluido el proceso electoral 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que conforme a dicha Ley, concluido el proceso electoral 2018 se tuvo que llevar a cabo la elecci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de los municipios, pero debido a que en el presupuesto del 2018 y 2019 no se incluy\u00f3 presupuesto para ello, se realiz\u00f3 la adecuaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Estamos trabajando en leyes que garanticen ese derecho de participar a la poblaci\u00f3n, porque las decisiones se deben consultar, se debe tomar en cuenta a los ciudadanos para garantizar que las acciones sean en beneficio de las y los guerrerenses&#8221;, extern\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Ayala Rodr\u00edguez, integrante del grupo parlamentario del PRI, dijo respecto a las afectaciones econ\u00f3micas en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa Grande y dem\u00e1s destinos tur\u00edsticos de la entidad a consecuencia de la pandemia sanitaria del Covid-19, que lo que m\u00e1s le preocupa es la falta de turismo, principalmente en temporadas vacacionales, ya que la afluencia de visitantes ayuda a potencializar en un noventa por ciento la econom\u00eda de las familias que se sustentan gracias a este sector.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, conmin\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a seguir cuidando su salud y acatar las recomendaciones sanitarias para que pronto superemos la pandemia y, en consecuencia, las actividades econ\u00f3micas de Guerrero vuelvan a la normalidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 25 de febrero del 2021.- El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Congreso local, diputado Cervando Ayala Rodr\u00edguez, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la integraci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en los municipios del estado de Guerrero, por ser una pieza fundamental en la toma de decisiones.
