{"id":5556,"date":"2021-01-27T17:34:30","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T17:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=5556"},"modified":"2021-04-06T17:34:57","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T17:34:57","slug":"presentan-reforma-a-la-constitucion-local-para-considerar-como-un-derecho-humano-el-acceso-a-la-energia-electrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2021\/01\/27\/presentan-reforma-a-la-constitucion-local-para-considerar-como-un-derecho-humano-el-acceso-a-la-energia-electrica\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN REFORMA A LA CONSTITUCI\u00d3N LOCAL PARA CONSIDERAR COMO UN DERECHO HUMANO EL ACCESO A LA ENERG\u00cdA EL\u00c9CTRICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 27 de enero del 2021.- Para incorporar de forma expresa como un derecho humano el acceso, uso y disposici\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, y que \u00e9sta sea de calidad continua, segura, aceptable y econ\u00f3micamente asequible, el diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez propuso adicionar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de este mi\u00e9rcoles, el legislador de Morena hizo dicha propuesta exponiendo que la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica es indispensable para constituir el goce de m\u00faltiples derechos humanos fundamentales; sin embargo, en esta entidad hay una infinidad de personas que no tienen acceso al servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que las autoridades deben asegurar el acceso a la electricidad de forma suficiente y aceptable bajo los principios de respeto a la dignidad humana, ante lo cual propone garantizar su acceso para todos los ciudadanos, estableciendo en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local que se atender\u00e1 de manera program\u00e1tica y planificada los derechos econ\u00f3micos, sociales, culturales y ambientales para hacer realidad el progreso y el bienestar de sus habitantes, y al efecto, expedir\u00e1 las leyes, programas de gobierno y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que requieran, adem\u00e1s de realizar las acciones necesarias para garantizar el ejercicio de esos derechos.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>Acuerdos<br \/>\nPor mayor\u00eda, los diputados rechazaron un acuerdo de urgente y obvia resoluci\u00f3n propuesto por el diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez para exhortar al gobierno estatal a implementar un fondo econ\u00f3mico emergente o un programa de microcr\u00e9ditos a la palabra, de car\u00e1cter temporal, en favor de los grupos vulnerables, como discapacitados, adultos mayores y personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle afectados por la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 27 de enero del 2021.- Para incorporar de forma expresa como un derecho humano el acceso, uso y disposici\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, y que \u00e9sta sea de calidad continua, segura, aceptable y econ\u00f3micamente asequible, el diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez propuso adicionar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Guerrero.
