{"id":5403,"date":"2020-11-22T05:58:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-22T05:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=5403"},"modified":"2021-04-06T05:58:36","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T05:58:36","slug":"plantean-sancionar-a-patrones-que-obliguen-a-los-trabajadores-a-firmar-documentos-en-blanco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2020\/11\/22\/plantean-sancionar-a-patrones-que-obliguen-a-los-trabajadores-a-firmar-documentos-en-blanco\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN SANCIONAR A PATRONES QUE OBLIGUEN A LOS TRABAJADORES A FIRMAR DOCUMENTOS EN BLANCO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 22 de noviembre del 2020.- El diputado Ossiel Pacheco Salas present\u00f3 una iniciativa de adici\u00f3n al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Guerrero con el objeto de establecer sanciones para patrones o cualquier persona que se aproveche de la necesidad de los trabajadores, oblig\u00e1ndolos a firmar hojas, documentos p\u00fablicos o privados en blanco.<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar dicha propuesta, el legislador de Morena expuso que este abuso que se comete com\u00fanmente contra el ciudadano es en los centros de trabajo, cuando los patrones los obligan a firmar hojas en blanco como forma de asegurar que renuncie a su derecho de pedir en tribunales indemnizaci\u00f3n, en caso de que se termine la relaci\u00f3n laboral o se d\u00e9 un despido injustificado.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que esa puede ser una de las pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s usuales que se realizan hoy en d\u00eda en contra de los trabajadores, sin que exista alguna sanci\u00f3n para aquellos que se aprovechan de la necesidad de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que otra situaci\u00f3n es la pr\u00e1ctica de firmas de pagar\u00e9s y otros t\u00edtulos de cr\u00e9dito, que tambi\u00e9n se les pide cuando solicitan alg\u00fan pr\u00e9stamo.
