Chilpancingo, Gro., a 23 de octubre del 2020.- El diputado Marco Antonio Cabada Arias present\u00f3 iniciativas de reforma a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre del Estado de Guerrero y a la Ley de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas del Estado y sus Municipios, para que los procesos de Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n se realicen de forma inmediata, a efecto de impedir que los que dejan su cargo p\u00fablico sustraigan de manera indebida de los ayuntamientos los bienes muebles o documentos esenciales.<\/p>\n

Estas propuestas de reforma que fueron turnadas a las comisiones de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y Gobernaci\u00f3n y de Justicia, tienen como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer, clarificar y transparentar los trabajos de entrega y recepci\u00f3n que debe realizar la administraci\u00f3n saliente a la entrante, mediante comisiones de enlace, para que el proceso sea m\u00e1s claro y puntual, y con esto cerrar el paso a la arbitrariedad, corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad, afianzando la legalidad y el Estado Social de Derecho.<\/p>\n

El diputado integrante del partido Morena resalt\u00f3 la importancia de aprobar dichas reformas porque se ha vuelto com\u00fan que, si la administraci\u00f3n entrante no proviene del partido pol\u00edtico de la administraci\u00f3n en funciones, existe renuencia de las autoridades salientes para iniciar con anticipaci\u00f3n el proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n, e incluso esperan hasta la segunda mitad de septiembre para que los comit\u00e9s puedan reunirse y definir los tiempos para la entrega de las \u00e1reas municipales, circunstancia que aprovechan para cometer actos indebidos, en detrimento del patrimonio de la sociedad.<\/p>\n
