{"id":5176,"date":"2020-10-14T04:01:33","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T04:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=5176"},"modified":"2021-04-06T04:02:03","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T04:02:03","slug":"plantean-inscribir-con-letras-doradas-plan-de-zapote-en-el-muro-de-honor-del-congreso-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2020\/10\/14\/plantean-inscribir-con-letras-doradas-plan-de-zapote-en-el-muro-de-honor-del-congreso-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN INSCRIBIR CON LETRAS DORADAS \u201cPLAN DE ZAPOTE\u201d EN EL MURO DE HONOR DEL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 14 de octubre del 2020.- La Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica analiza una iniciativa de decreto para inscribir con letras doradas \u201cPlan del Zapote\u201d en el Muro de Honor del Sal\u00f3n de Sesiones \u201cPrimer Congreso de An\u00e1huac\u201d de este Congreso, en reconocimiento a este movimiento que se inserta dentro de las tentativas de libertad dadas a finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX en M\u00e9xico, en contra del r\u00e9gimen dictatorial.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta de iniciativa fue presentada por el diputado Carlos Cruz L\u00f3pez (Morena), quien rese\u00f1\u00f3 que el Movimiento &#8220;Plan del Zapote&#8221; fue contra la tiran\u00eda y opresi\u00f3n arbitraria de Porfirio D\u00edaz, al imponerse en la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica e imponer a los gobernadores de los estados, incluido Guerrero, reeligi\u00e9ndose en el cargo las veces que desearan.<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que los porfiristas utilizaban el cargo para enriquecerse, otorgando concesiones a extranjeros para explotar fondos mineros, aumentar el impuesto y la creaci\u00f3n de otros, y se forz\u00f3 a los presos a trabajar en la construcci\u00f3n de carreteras sin percibir salarios, y cuando el pueblo manifestaba su inconformidad, era objeto de sangrientas presiones.<\/p>\n<p>Ante estos acontecimientos, el 21 de abril de 1901, en la orilla sur de Mochitl\u00e1n, un grupo de lugartenientes de hombres y mujeres valientes suscribieron un manifiesto revolucionario con el nombre del \u201cPlan del Zapote\u201d, acto que provoc\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n para algunos y otros fueron fusilados sin formaci\u00f3n de juicio por Victoriano Huerta, quien fue el encargado de Porfirio D\u00edaz para reprimir el levantamiento, haci\u00e9ndolo de manera sanguinaria y brutal.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este importante acontecimiento de hace 119 a\u00f1os, el cual es considerado por la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica en las efem\u00e9rides del mes de abril, el diputado Carlos Cruz considera de gran relevancia, en conmemoraci\u00f3n de quienes suscribieron el &#8220;Plan del Zapote&#8221;, se realice su suscripci\u00f3n en el Muro del Sal\u00f3n de Plenos del Congreso local.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., a 14 de octubre del 2020.- La Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica analiza una iniciativa de decreto para inscribir con letras doradas \u201cPlan del Zapote\u201d en el Muro de Honor del Sal\u00f3n de Sesiones \u201cPrimer Congreso de An\u00e1huac\u201d de este Congreso, en reconocimiento a este movimiento que se inserta dentro de las tentativas de&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5177,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,39],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5176","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin","category-carlos-cruz-lopez"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
