{"id":5040,"date":"2020-09-15T02:39:12","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T02:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=5040"},"modified":"2021-04-06T02:40:03","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T02:40:03","slug":"plantean-exhorto-a-titular-de-la-shcp-para-flexibilizar-las-reglas-de-operacion-del-ramo-33","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2020\/09\/15\/plantean-exhorto-a-titular-de-la-shcp-para-flexibilizar-las-reglas-de-operacion-del-ramo-33\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN EXHORTO A TITULAR DE LA SHCP PARA FLEXIBILIZAR LAS REGLAS DE OPERACI\u00d3N DEL RAMO 33"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., a 15 de septiembre del 2020.- La diputada Perla Edith Mart\u00ednez R\u00edos present\u00f3 un punto de acuerdo para exhortar al Gobierno Federal a que flexibilice las reglas de operaci\u00f3n del Ramo General 33, a efecto de destinar recursos al Programa Emergente para Fortalecer la Producci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola, Ganadera y Pesquera en Guerrero, sin que sea motivo de observaci\u00f3n por parte de la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la propuesta que se turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n, se plantea exhortar al titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)a efecto de establecer diferentes acciones que permitan ampliar la superficie agr\u00edcola cultivable.<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora del grupo parlamentario del PRD dijo que se propone considerar el apoyo directo a los productores de la jamaica, mango, cocotero, lim\u00f3n y miel, con el prop\u00f3sito de destinar recursos a programas fitosanitarios que hagan llegar al mercado alimentos c\u00e1rnicos limpios de enfermedades y con valor agregado.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, mencion\u00f3 que es necesario alentar el consumo de productos locales para que las familias y los comercios de la entidad adquieran y oferten alimentos producidos en el campo guerrerense.
