{"id":4063,"date":"2019-10-25T21:41:32","date_gmt":"2019-10-25T21:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=4063"},"modified":"2021-03-19T21:42:59","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T21:42:59","slug":"exhorta-congreso-a-municipios-para-fortalecer-el-proceso-de-seleccion-del-personal-policial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2019\/10\/25\/exhorta-congreso-a-municipios-para-fortalecer-el-proceso-de-seleccion-del-personal-policial\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTA CONGRESO A MUNICIPIOS PARA FORTALECER EL PROCESO DE SELECCI\u00d3N DEL PERSONAL POLICIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., 25 octubre del 2019.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar el ingreso de personal en las instituciones de Seguridad P\u00fablica que no cuenten con el debido proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n de control de confianza, la LXII Legislatura aprob\u00f3 exhortar a los 80 ayuntamientos del estado y al Concejo Municipal de Ayutla para que fortalezcan los procesos de selecci\u00f3n y reclutamiento de personal policial.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta fue presentada por el diputado Heriberto Huicochea V\u00e1zquez, quien dijo que Guerrero con un n\u00famero de 9,086 elementos, de los cuales se encuentran evaluados el 95% (8,664). De \u00e9stos, aprobaron el 71 por ciento (6,151) y reprobaron el 24 por ciento (2,079). Sin embargo, agreg\u00f3 el legislador, el 54 por ciento (3,322) de los aprobados este a\u00f1o pierden la vigencia de su evaluaci\u00f3n este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, dijo que a trav\u00e9s de la novena edici\u00f3n de la Encuesta Nacional de Victimizaci\u00f3n y Percepci\u00f3n sobre Seguridad P\u00fablica (ENVIPE) 2019, del INEGI, en su apartado de Percepci\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o y nivel de confianza, el 76.6 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n considera a la polic\u00eda de Tr\u00e1nsito como la m\u00e1s corrupta, seguida de los jueces, con un 68.4 por ciento, y la Polic\u00eda Municipal con un 67.9 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, el tambi\u00e9n presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica considera que es necesario implementar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas alineadas a las pol\u00edticas nacionales, con el objeto de fortalecer los procesos de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de los aspirantes a ocupar el cargo de polic\u00eda municipal, y no contratar a personas que no cuenten con su certificaci\u00f3n aprobada y vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que esta acci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 a los ayuntamientos fortalecer e incrementar su estado de fuerza, mediante la inclusi\u00f3n de personal mejor capacitado y calificado, cosa que se reflejar\u00e1 a la hora de prestar sus servicios en favor de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 25 octubre del 2019.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar el ingreso de personal en las instituciones de Seguridad P\u00fablica que no cuenten con el debido proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n de control de confianza, la LXII Legislatura aprob\u00f3 exhortar a los 80 ayuntamientos del estado y al Concejo Municipal de Ayutla para que fortalezcan los&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4064,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[30,76],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4063","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletin","category-heriberto-huicochea-vazquez"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 -
