{"id":3853,"date":"2019-09-20T19:57:30","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T19:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=3853"},"modified":"2021-03-19T19:58:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T19:58:11","slug":"exhortan-diputados-al-congreso-de-la-union-para-destinar-mas-recursos-en-favor-del-cuidado-del-medio-ambiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2019\/09\/20\/exhortan-diputados-al-congreso-de-la-union-para-destinar-mas-recursos-en-favor-del-cuidado-del-medio-ambiente\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTAN DIPUTADOS AL CONGRESO DE LA UNI\u00d3N PARA DESTINAR M\u00c1S RECURSOS EN FAVOR DEL CUIDADO DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., 20 septiembre del 2019.- El Congreso de Guerrero exhort\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n para que se destinen en el Ejercicio Fiscal 2020 los recursos suficientes para la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con fines de cuidado, protecci\u00f3n, preservaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Este Punto de Acuerdo fue presentado por los diputados Eunice Monz\u00f3n Garc\u00eda y Manuel Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez Cort\u00e9s, del PVEM, con la finalidad de que el Estado mexicano garantice el cumplimiento de los acuerdos internacionales suscritos en materia ambiental en el marco de la Agenda 2030, as\u00ed como reconocer como prioritarios los temas ambientales y darles la importancia y jerarqu\u00eda que se merecen.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se solicita a los congresos locales de las 31 entidades federativas que se adhieran al Acuerdo Parlamentario a fin de lograr el objetivo planteado en dicho exhorto.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 Monz\u00f3n Garc\u00eda que en el Proyecto de Presupuesto del Gobierno Federal para el a\u00f1o 2020 se estima una reducci\u00f3n del 4.3 % con relaci\u00f3n a los recursos ejercidos en este 2019 por la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT).<\/p>\n<p>La tambi\u00e9n presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Recursos Naturales, Desarrollo Sustentable y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n debido a que en el 2019 el tema ambiental no se valor\u00f3 como una prioridad inmediata, lo cual pone en entredicho el cumplimiento de los compromisos que M\u00e9xico ha adquirido con la comunidad internacional.<\/p>\n<p>El diputado Ossiel Pacheco Salas, de Morena, pidi\u00f3 adherise al Acuerdo Parlamentario promovido por los diputados del Partido Verde, mismo que se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 20 septiembre del 2019.- El Congreso de Guerrero exhort\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n para que se destinen en el Ejercicio Fiscal 2020 los recursos suficientes para la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con fines de cuidado, protecci\u00f3n, preservaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente.
