{"id":3727,"date":"2019-08-29T18:06:35","date_gmt":"2019-08-29T18:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=3727"},"modified":"2021-03-19T18:14:55","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T18:14:55","slug":"analizan-exhorto-al-poder-judicial-para-garantizar-la-justicia-a-personas-indigenas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2019\/08\/29\/analizan-exhorto-al-poder-judicial-para-garantizar-la-justicia-a-personas-indigenas\/","title":{"rendered":"ANALIZAN EXHORTO AL PODER JUDICIAL PARA GARANTIZAR LA JUSTICIA A PERSONAS IND\u00cdGENAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\">Chilpancingo, Gro., 29 agosto del 2019.- A fin de garantizar el acceso a una justicia pronta y expedita, el Congreso del Estado analiza un exhorto al presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Guerrero para que se apliquen procedimientos especiales cuando la v\u00edctima e imputado por alg\u00fan delito sean ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar el documento, la diputada Leticia Mosso Hern\u00e1ndez propuso adem\u00e1s la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de usos y costumbres ind\u00edgenas para los juzgadores.<\/p>\n<p>La tambi\u00e9n presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos dijo que aquellos jueces que se encuentran impartiendo justicia en lugares con poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena, deben de tener una visi\u00f3n clara sobre sus usos y costumbres e involucrarse en su cultura, para que con este conocimiento puedan aplicar correctamente el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/p>\n<p>En ese contexto, dijo que existen casos de ind\u00edgenas que se encuentran recluidos por delitos del fuero com\u00fan -en su mayor\u00eda-, muchas veces por falta de una adecuada defensa o bien porque no pueden expresarse correctamente en el idioma espa\u00f1ol, y los int\u00e9rpretes o traductores en ocasiones no pueden hacer las traducciones si no son de la misma variante.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que es importante que se haga una revisi\u00f3n de las causas penales de los presos ind\u00edgenas, a efecto de verificar si existi\u00f3 la observaci\u00f3n de las garant\u00edas o derechos humanos, y revisar si existen delitos que alcancen fianza o garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>El exhorto fue turnado a las Comisiones Unidas de Justicia y Asuntos Ind\u00edgenas y Afromexicanos para su discusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 29 agosto del 2019.- A fin de garantizar el acceso a una justicia pronta y expedita, el Congreso del Estado analiza un exhorto al presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Guerrero para que se apliquen procedimientos especiales cuando la v\u00edctima e imputado por alg\u00fan delito sean ind\u00edgenas.
