Por ello, la diputada Alicia Zamora Villalva propone adicionar un cap\u00edtulo a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre, para que los ayuntamientos, como sujetos obligados, publiquen a trav\u00e9s de los medios electr\u00f3nicos informaci\u00f3n completa, actualizada, accesible, confiable, verificable, veraz y oportuna de su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, plantea que la informaci\u00f3n reservada o confidencial se mantenga bajo custodia y responsabilidad de los \u00f3rganos y unidades administrativas del ayuntamiento, y que las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n se hagan a la Unidad de Transparencia, adem\u00e1s de instalar a la brevedad las Unidades y Comit\u00e9s de Transparencia.<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora se\u00f1ala que el municipio como \u00f3rgano de gobierno rinde cuentas a los ciudadanos a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos como el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, los cabildos abiertos o las contralor\u00edas ciudadanas.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que sobre el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n ha habido enormes avances en los gobiernos municipales, debido a los cambios en la legislaci\u00f3n estatal y a diversos reglamentos, adem\u00e1s de mejores mecanismos para que los ciudadanos accedan a la informaci\u00f3n gubernamental.<\/p>\n<p>Zamora Villalva consider\u00f3 como indispensable la existencia de normas que garanticen la transparencia, para que los ciudadanos sepan qu\u00e9 se hace con los recursos p\u00fablicos, c\u00f3mo se ejercen, se deciden y se definen las pol\u00edticas y programas gubernamentales; los beneficiarios, qui\u00e9nes reciben y a cu\u00e1nto ascienden los recursos entregados a particulares; c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n estructuradas y normadas las funciones de las \u00e1reas administrativas, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro., 9 de mayo 2019.- Para fortalecer la institucionalidad municipal, es necesaria la transparencia y el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.
