{"id":2887,"date":"2019-03-19T19:48:21","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T19:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio2\/?p=2887"},"modified":"2021-02-05T19:52:07","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T19:52:07","slug":"proponen-reforma-a-ley-organica-del-municipio-libre-para-reelegir-comisarios-respetando-la-paridad-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congresogro.gob.mx\/62\/inicio\/2019\/03\/19\/proponen-reforma-a-ley-organica-del-municipio-libre-para-reelegir-comisarios-respetando-la-paridad-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"PROPONEN REFORMA A LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DEL MUNICIPIO LIBRE PARA REELEGIR COMISARIOS RESPETANDO LA PARIDAD DE G\u00c9NERO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"justificado\"><strong>Chilpancingo, Guerrero, 17 de marzo de 2019<\/strong>.- El diputado Manuel Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez Cort\u00e9s plante\u00f3 reformar la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre para establecer que los comisarios municipales, suplentes y vocales, sean electos cada tres a\u00f1os y puedan reelegirse consecutivamente hasta por un periodo m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa que fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos y Gobernaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n incluye que en la integraci\u00f3n de las planillas deber\u00e1 prevalecer en todo momento el principio de paridad, alternando el g\u00e9nero en cada una de las posiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Esto derivado de las reformas en materia electoral en el 2012 establecidas por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, que mandat\u00f3 a las entidades federativas armonizar sus marcos normativos en la materia y por ende la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre.<\/p>\n<p>El representante del PVEM enfatiz\u00f3 que la reforma a la Ley en menci\u00f3n debe quitar candados para que en la elecci\u00f3n que se realiza el segundo domingo del mes de junio de cada a\u00f1o, se brind\u00e9 la oportunidad a los comisarios de reelegirse de manera consecutiva, pero respetando la paridad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, dijo que este procedimiento coadyuvar\u00e1 a que se cumpla con la consolidaci\u00f3n de los principios democr\u00e1ticos desde la comunidad, porque es la base del municipio para que desde estas sociedades se trabaje en el respeto de los espacios compartidos entre hombres y mujeres, para consolidar una sociedad democr\u00e1tica en la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\"><b>00O00<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Guerrero, 17 de marzo de 2019.- El diputado Manuel Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez Cort\u00e9s plante\u00f3 reformar la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre para establecer que los comisarios municipales, suplentes y vocales, sean electos cada tres a\u00f1os y puedan reelegirse consecutivamente hasta por un periodo m\u00e1s.
